This cottage is perfectly situated on the verge of the river Odet. with a view from the garden on the river. The sea is at 200m with 2 beaches accessible at walking distance 400m. Situated in southern brittany in the small preserved village of Combrit-Sainte Marine, the sea, beach, countryside, sailing everything on your doorstep at this delightful, fully equipped modern cottage in a peaceful green environment- Fully renovated in 2013. Kitchen in 2014. Shower room in 2021
Sitting in a large garden (1800sqm) 400m from the beach and 00m from the small harbour of Ste Marine and shops. This house have all modern equipment dishwasher, washing machine . The house have 1 bedroom and can accommodate 4 persons (perfect for Parents with small children). The 2nd bed sits in the main room. (overall house size 60sqm). For sunny days a terrace is equipped with garden furniture and BBQ

Tout d'abord le gîte est extrêmement bien placé, que ce soit pour les déplacements en voiture pour découvrir les environs; tout est à 30 minutes environ, et pour toute la découverte à pied autour du gîte et de la pointe de Sainte-Marine. Le site est magnifique, ultra bien placé, le petit port de Sainte-Marine à moins de 10 minutes à pied, la pointe de Sainte-Marine face à la mer et l'embouchure de l'Odet à 5 minutes à pied en passant par le chemin côtier.Le gîte est parfait, rien ne manque. La propriétaire qui habite juste à côté est très disponible et très sympa. Nous avons passé trois semaines de vacances excellentes en ce magnifique Finistère sud.

Ruhiges Haus mit schönem Garten

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal für zwei Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben den Urlaub wieder sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen schönen Garten. St. Marine ist ein charmanter Ort mit einem malerischen kleinen Hafen. Auch der langgestreckte Sandstrand ist von der Ferienwohnung aus gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Toller Ort abseits des Trubels

Das Haus bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Der Star ist die Lage. Strand, Wanderwege, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Schönes ruhiges Haus mit Garten in guter Lage

Wir waren 12 Tage vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Für 4 Personen wäre es mir zu klein, aber zu 2. ist es ausreichend. Die Lage ist einfach toll! Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants und die Fähre nach Bénodet. Der Garten lädt zum erholen und grillen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Meine Frau und ich haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Bretagne verbracht und das Ferienhaus in Combrit / Ste. Marine hat viel dazu beigetragen. Ein schönes Häuschen in einem großen Garten. Kurze Wege zur Küste, zum großen Strand und zum malerischen Hafen. Ste. Marine ist ein charmanter und empfehlenswerter Standort für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell reagiert. Die praktische Abwicklung verlief problemlos. Merci!

Cozy cottage in a quiet setting, yet accessible to activites

We had a lovely time at this cozy cottage in Ste Marine. It was comfortable, well equipped and we especially enjoyed dining outside in the gardens. The location felt secluded but it was close to the beach and town. We recommend this property to others.

Maison calme avec jardin arboré

J'ai passé deux semaines très agréable dans cette belle maison bien équipée (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver). La maison se trouve dans un quartier calme de Sainte-Marine, proche de la mer et de la grande plage de sable fin. Ce qui m'a plu le mieux, c'était la terrasse et le jardin paisible avec ses grands arbres. Les propriétaires habitent sur place et sont très serviable. À recommander sans restriction.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Das charmante Häuschen liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft und in Laufentfernung zu einem schönen großen Strand. Als Familie mit 4 Personen hat man ausreichend Platz und findet alles vor, was man für seinen Urlaub braucht. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielfältigen Exkursionen mit dem Auto oder mit dem Schiff ein. Und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch.

Location très agréable, au calme, bien située et assez bien équipée. Bon accueil. A recommander sans hésiter. Nous avons apprécié le calme de cette maison, et son équipement correct. Les propriétaires connaissent parfaitement la région et sont de bon conseils. Petit bémol : le four qui est dans l'annonce n'est pas présent, c'est dommage. Quelques petits travaux sont à prévoir (douche, réparation frigo) pour rendre la location parfaite.

A la pointe de Ste Marine , tout peut se faire à pied comme le dit l'annonce. La plage et le port bien animé le soir. La maison est simple mais confortable . Bonne literie et Cuisine très bien équipée (cuisinière gaz) Très bon accueil, les propriétaires connaissent parfaitement la région et sont de bon conseils.

le charme de la pierre à 2 pas de la plage

Location très agréable, au calme, bien située et très bien équipée. Bon Accueil. A recommander sans hésiter. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le charme de la pierre, la décoration simple et de bon goût, la grande terrasse extérieure et bien abritée.Idéale pour les balades ou la plage.
