A little corner of paradise, quiet, calm.
Lost among the trees, with an old washhouse in the garden, you will enjoy a relaxing stay lulled by the chirping of birds and the trickling of water (presence of a stream at the edge of the property)
A stone's throw from one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, lovely hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The house is spacious, 3 double bedrooms for the parents (one on the ground floor with private bathroom) and a large dormitory for the children, where they will create holiday memories for life! The kitchen communicates directly with the living/dining room and also has access to the terrace.
Large garden of 4000 m2.
House that can accommodate 11 people, or even 13 using the sofa bed.
The Glénan Islands just opposite and beautiful walks in a pretty corner of Brittany!

Wir waren dort mit den Schwiegereltern und unseren 3 Jungen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist reichlich Geschirr da, Kühlschränke und Tiefkühlfächer bieten reichlich Platz, in der Küche wird es zwar eng, wenn man für viele kocht, aber es ist auch alles da. Der Garten ist riesengroß und mit dem Wasser und den alten Bäumen traumschön. Bis zum Strand ist es nicht weit, zu Fuß nicht ganz 30 Minuten, mit dem Auto ist man in 4 Minuten dort. Wir können Haus und Gastgeber absolut empfehlen.

Très belle maison traditionelle sur très grand terrain et proche commerce / plage

Très belle maison traditionnelle sur très grand terrain et proche commerce / plage tout en offrant le calme car dans la campagne entre champs, marais, plage et le village de Combrit.La maison offre tout ce dont on a besoin pour dormir, dont une chambre avec sdb privée au rdc. et à l'étage 2 autre chambres un dortoir qui ravira les enfants sdb et WC. Pour cuisiner, pour se reposer etc…Magnifique terrasse plein sud qui offre un bel ensoleillement, mais nous avons eu un peu chaud (oui oui même dans le Finistère), alors nous avons profité de l'autre côté de la maison pour manger et se reposer sous les arbres. Le terrain étant très grand, on se sent dans un cocon de verdure et chacun peut s'occuper en extérieur.Sinon en voiture il est possible d'aller à la plage du Treustel en quelques minutes, ou bien d'aller au village et au supermarché. Il est possible de faire de belles balades en vélo aussi dans les environs.La propriétaire nous avait tout bien expliqué et laisse dans la maison un classeur avec toutes les balades, les cartes et les infos sur la maison.En conclusion, cette maison est parfaite pour les réunions entre familles/amis ou pour les grandes familles, pour se reposer au clame où profiter du charme, de la beauté de la Bretagne, de son soleil, de la Pointe du Raz, de Concarneau et de l'Ile Tudy, des plages de sable blanc et de l'eau transparente.

Gîte idéal pour les 2 familles que nous étions ; vaste jardin arboré dans lequel on n'a qu'une envie : y passer du temps ! La grande pelouse et la taille le calme sont vraiment des gros Multiples possibilités de visites et de balades aux alentours, la plage est tout près (pas faisable à pied avec des petits, par contre)La maison est bien équipée, bien agencée et confortable, et malgré notre nombre (12) on ne s'est pas marché sur les pieds

Séjour à Combrit

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, parfaitement équipée pour accueillir un grand groupe (nous étions 13 personnes). L’accueil de la propriétaire a été remarquable : chaleureuse, disponible. La maison est très confortable, chacun a pu trouver sa place sans se marcher dessus, et les espaces communs sont conviviaux et agréables.Le jardin est magnifique, idéal pour se détendre ou jouer avec les enfants, et la terrasse plein sud est un vrai plus pour profiter du soleil à toute heure de la journée. La région est superbe, avec de nombreuses possibilités de balades dans un cadre naturel exceptionnel.Un vrai coup de cœur que nous recommandons sans hésiter !
