Beautiful large family house - very well equipped and in a great location - country lane walk to local boulangerie and 15 min walk into Bénodet along the estuary! Great comfortable beds. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic accommodation

We have just returned from a two week stay at this property. The photos do not do it justice! Very clean, well equipped, lovely pool and a walkable distance from the beach. Worth noting that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms is downstairs which is perfect for anyone who struggles with stairs.

The perfect house for a family holiday.

We enjoyed a fabulous week in Benodet, staying at this superb property. An executive, lartge detached house in large gardens, perfect for the large family gathering.Modern, contemporary and benefitting from excellent quality appliances and overall facilities.Some minor inconveniences, with the WIFI strength being erratic, the master bedroom TV not working, nor the Jacuzzi bath, but these were no big problem really.The overall layout of the house lends itself perfectly for a large family to live with space and comfort.Often, a true opinion of a property is whether we would return again. The answer is...........YES!!

Mon séjour à Bénodet

Toujours vacances en famille pour fêter l'anniversaire de mes petits enfants . Benodet le top, toujours de la chance avec le temps, commerce de proximité et d'excellence qualité, comme le poissonnier ou le traiteur... Maison idéalement située, pas de vis à vis mais en même temps une présence dont j'ai besoin. On s'y sent bien!!! Triste quant on part.

Merveilleuse vacances

Nous avons passé des moments incroyable dans cette belle villa. Elle est spacieuse, bien agencée et décoré. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle avec tout ce qui faut pour faire de bons petit plats. Extérieur et piscine superbe,( petit bémol le mobilier extérieur qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraichissement). Sinon je vous conseille cette villa dans laquelle on se sent bien presque comme chez soi.

Très belle maison

La maison est très agréable à vivre, la piscine est de bonne taille, juste comme il faut. L'électro-ménager est de qualité. Aurore (check-in et check-out) est très sympatique et arrangeante. Si l'on devait lister les points négatifs, ce seraient les suivants : le terrain n'est pas complètement clos, la propriété n'est pas trop entretenue (toiles d'araignée, baies vitrées pas nettoyées, pelouse pas tondue et robot en panne, mobilier de terrasse abîmé ou cassé et pas remplacé, plusieurs portes qui ne ferment pas, le portail électrique qui n'est pas lubrifié et qui fait un bruit énorme). Bref, rien de vraiment catastrophique mais l'embauche d'une personne quelques heures par semaine pour l'entretien des extérieurs ne serait pas mal venue.

Wunderbares Haus für einen Bretagne-Urlaub

Das Haus sowie das Grundstück mit Pool sind sehr großzügig und haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben hier zwei tolle Wochen verbracht. Benodet ist wirklich zauberhaft und vom Haus aus ist alles wunderbar fussläufig erreichbar. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind ca. 5 min entfernt; alles andere (Strand, Hafen, Markt) ca. 15-20 min. Xavier ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir wurden persönlich von Aurore begrüßt und es gab sogar einen lokalen Cidre und Galletes als „Willkommen“. Wie sich herausstellte, war die Waschmaschine bei unserer Ankunft defekt. Nach kurzer Nachfrage wurde uns jedoch eine neue Maschine zur Verfügung gestellt. Außerdem haben wir uns sehr über die Tischtennisplatte gefreut und diese rege genutzt. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen (und Wiederkommen)!!!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus liegt in einem schönen ruhigen zentral gelegenen Einfamilienquartier, es ist sehr grosszügig und modern gebaut, aber trotzdem warm eingerichtet. Alle Räume und Zimmer sind sehr hell mit grossen Fenstern, welche alle auf den riesigen Garten zeigen. Der Pool kann gedeckt werden oder vollständig abgedeckt werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet, man muss jedoch Gewürze etc. alles mitnehmen. So kann aber auch nichts schlecht werden, was ja auch positiv ist. Wir konnten uns alle gut erholen auch wenn das Wetter leider regnerisch war. Positiv zu erwähnen ist noch, dass wir nach einem Haarföhn fragen konnten und uns dieser sogleich gebracht wurde.

Maison remarquable et spacieuse

Une très belle maison pour passer un séjour en famille. Située à 1 km environ de la mer dans un lotissement entouré de jolies maisons, celle-ci offre un cadre paysagé agréable et un environnement particulièrement calme. Les pièces à vivre et les chambres à coucher sont très spacieuses pour recevoir 5 couples d'adultes (que nous étions). Toutefois, une des chambres ne dispose pas d'un lit double ou de deux lits d'une place de même taille : c'est un lit Gigogne qui occupe cet espace qui n'est absolument pas pratique pour un couple mais certainement parfait pour recevoir des enfants. Une cuisine magnifique pour cuisiner en famille : un vrai bonheur. Nous remercions Aurore pour son accueil et son écoute Isabelle et Benoit

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa aux prestations impeccables, tant au niveau des équipements intérieurs qu'extérieurs. Parfait pour des vacance en famille et entre amis. très bon séjour à bénodet

très belle propriété, spacieuse, conforme à la description . nous avons passé de bonne vacances sur place et profité de la piscine malgré un temps plutôt breton , grâce à la bonne température de celle-ci et son abri . seul bémol , le frigo qui devrait être en meilleurs état pour une location de cette catégorie , pas de table et chaise pour l'extérieur , manque de qualité et de quantité sur le mobilier extérieur ( uniquement 4 transats et salon extérieur en bois abimé ou en plastique de peu de qualité )

Très bon week end entre amis

Super demeure, bien entretenue, piscine ultra chaude ,un bonheur , très proche des plages et toutes commodités , nous avons passé un excellent week end, merci pour l'accueil avec une attention à notre arrivée (bouteille de cidre et petits gâteaux bretons ) nous espérons juste n'avoir pas trop fait de bruit pour le voisinage , seul hic la pression de l'eau pour les douches qui est indépendante de leur volonté après avoir échangé avec la personne qui se chargeait de notre départ .
