Super séjour à Saint Marine

Superbe maison idéalement située au coeur du village à 2 pas du port et des restaurants, très calme, aucune fausse note.Un très beau coin et une maison très agréable et fonctionnelle pour 2 familles avec 6 enfants de tout les âges, la grange avec les jeux est géniale pour les enfants.Je recommande !

Tolles Haus, tolle Gegend!

Wir hatten großartige Ferien hier. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sauber und großzügig möbliert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Haushaltsgeräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Schlafzimmer sind super aufgeteilt, Bäder komfortabel. Besonders ist die Lage des Hauses: Man erreicht alles zu Fuß: Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen, Weinhandlung, Meer, Restaurants. Toll!

Spacious gite in lovely village

There was lots of room for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Very well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge. The play room was very popular with the children. Lots of outdoor seating and a barbecue. The beds were not very comfortable and the WiFi did not work. We had a problem with the electrics and also the hot water but the host was quick to respond and get them sorted. Sainte Marine is a delightful village with a charming harbour and lovely beach just ten minutes away by foot. Would we stay there again? Certainly!

Une procédure d'état des lieux de sortie qui a tout gâché

Maison très jolie extérieurement et propre (malgré quelques peintures et mobilier défraîchis). Deux lits doubles sur trois inconfortables. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquants (pas de théière, pas de carafe, seulement 5 verres à pied tous dissemblables...). Carreaux de la table de cuisine cassés et table de jardin pleine de tâches de graisse). Mais c'est surtout la procédure d'état des lieux de sortie imposée par le propriétaire (qui ne nous l'avait pas annoncée préalablement et contraire au contrat de location) qui nous a fortement contrariés. En effet, notre chèque ne nous a pas été rendu à l'issue d'un état des lieux qui ne s'est pas déroulé en notre présence comme cela s'effectue normalement (refus de la prestataire invoquant une règle imposée par le propriétaire) mais en fin de soirée (22:20) par le biais de la photo du chèque de caution déchiré.

Superbe propriété

Notre hôte s'est montré très attentif à notre bien-être lors de notre séjour, toujours très réactif pour répondre à nos questions éventuelles.Nous avons été accueillis à l'heure convenue par une personne agréable et efficace .La maison est très belle et spacieuse: nous étions 10 , et chacun a pu trouver son espace. L'espace extérieur, joliment fleuri est aussi très agréable. La météo capricieuse nous a fait apprécier la très grande salle de jeu pour nos petits- et les plus grands!

Bel emplacement.

Cour séjour effectué dans cette belle bâtisse. Une belle pièce de vie qui peut accueillir tout le monde. Et un bâtiment à part qui sert de salle de jeux pour les grands et les petits. Emplacement idéal, proche du petit port de Ste Marine avec sentiers côtiers et plages. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est très accessible. Nous avons tous été ravis de notre petit séjour.

Belle, grande maison avec toutes les commodités

Nous avons passé avec 12 adultes une semaine agréable dans cette maison spacieuse. Situé dans un quartier calme mais proche des commerces et des restaurants. La plage est à environ 15 minutes à pied, le port de plaisance (avec restaurants) se trouve à proximité.

Très belle maison Bretonne

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cette maison typiquement bretonne. Très belle bâtisse, idéale pour regroupement de grande famille (ou amis) !!! Emplacement idéal, proche des commerces, et proche du port. Terrain entièrement clôturé, ce qui est très pratique avec des enfants en bas âge. Super week end !!!

Belle maison typique proche plage

Belle maison typique avec un beau jardin, 2 belles cheminées et une belle réhabilitation. Une piece a jeu avec Ping Pong. A quelques minutes de marche la plage et le port avec des petits bars sympas. Nous avons bien profité meme si le temps a été mitigé. Un peu froid en arrivant mais avec la cheminée puis le chauffage tout a éte ok.

Tolles Haus - es fehlt an nichts!!!

Wir haben mit 7 Personen 2 tolle Wochen in dem Haus von Alexandre verbracht!!! Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz (auch für deutlich mehr Personen, aber bei uns wurden diverse Einzelzimmer benötigt). Es ist absolut ALLES vorhanden!!! Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage hervorragend - man ist nach wenigen Metern am Hafen von St. Marine, hier hat man die Auswahl zwischen mehreren Resaturants und kann mit einem Boot nach Benodet übersetzen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in direkter Nähe und diverse große Einkaufsmärkte sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreicht! Auch der sehr schöne Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen (ca. 10 Min.) und für Abendspaziergänge gibt es einen wunscherschönen Rundweg am Meer entlang! Das Wetter während unseres Aufenthaltes war anfangs nicht so toll, aber damit muss man in der Bretagne ja immer rechnen - hierfür ist das Nebengebäude mit Tischtennisplatte aber geradezu ideal. Außerdem ist St. Marine ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die tolle Umgebung! Also: lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Ein tolles Haus in sehr guter Lage, perfekt für viele Leute geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Vermieter Alexandre ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!! We had 2 wonderfull weeks in Alexandre´s house in St. Marine! We were 7 people (there could have stayed more people, but we needed some single rooms...) NOTHING is missing in this house!!! The house is very beautifull and it is very well located! If you leave the house, you are at St. Marine´s harbour with restaurants and cafes in a short walk - you can also take a boat to Benodet from there. A small supermarket is directly in St. Marine and there are big Hypermarkets which you can reach within minutes by car. The way to the phantastic beach takes you only about 10 Minutes by foot - you can also have a phantastic ocean side walk - we did that every evening!!! The weather was not that good at the beginning of our trip, but the big adjoining buliding with the table tennis was perfect for the rainy days! You can also perfectly make trips from St. Marine! We had a perfect time in this house! Thank you for everything Alexandre!!!

location très agréable

la longère est magnifique de l'extérieur, le jardin très agréable. La décoration pourrait être améliorée, mais le gite est tout confort et surtout très spacieux pour 12 personnes! Le port et la plge à pied, le marché de Benodet par le bac le lundi, le sentier douanier pour les promenades et jogging : dommage que ce soit aussi loin, on irai bien plus souvent dans ce coin paradisiaque.

Pour le deuxième fois nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette belle maison très bien entretenue. Nos petits enfants ont pu s'éclater en toute sécurité (cour fermée et local de détente) et les adultes ont découvert de nouveaux sites dans les environs immédiats. Magnifique demeure, magnifique localité !

Quelle région splendide et que dire de Sainte Marine ? Nous adorons et c’est d’ailleurs la deuxième fois que nous occupons cette magnifique demeure ! Bravo à Monsieur Berthier pour le réaménagement complet des salles de bain, c’est très réussi et très appréciable. Cette année, malgré une météo moins clémente que lors de notre premier séjour, nous avons encore plus profité de l’espace de la maison et de la très belle annexe, équipée entre-autre d’une table de ping-pong, idéal pour occuper les enfants pendant la préparation des langoustines et du bar de ligne… La maison est située à quelques pas du port et à proximité de très belles plages accessibles à pieds… Idéal pour des vacances réussies en famille ou entre amis. A très bientôt !

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir haben 2 Wochen mit zwei Familien in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Wunderschöne Lage, nicht weit bis zum Meer und bis zum Hafen mit ein paar Restaurants und Bars. Der Vermieter hat sehr schnell auf Probleme reagiert (Spülmaschine defekt)

Vacances totalement réussies

Maison superbe et très bien entretenue. Beaucoup de place Cour fermée, idéale pour les familles avec petits enfants, ce qui était notre cas. Nos petits fils se sont éclatés, même les jours de pluie grâce à l'espace "détente" Très bon accueil de la dame chargée de l'entretien et merci pour sa disponibilité. A wonderful holiday August 2012

An extended family (comprising British, Americans and Australians) came together in this wonderfully secluded and spacious holiday home for a fortnight in 2012 (computer prevents me from entering accurate date d'arrivee). We enjoyed trips to all kinds of local places of interest, days on the beach, evenings in the bars and restaurants in the charming little local port (easy walking distance), shopping for vegetabes, cheeses and wine at the market just opposite and wonderful lunches al fresco in the sunny and private grounds. We had massive family table tennis tournements in the lovely games room. The house was better than described, perfectly clean and well-equipped. It lacked only the provision of wifi - which at times was quite difficult for us. Other than that it is the perfect setting for a family of all ages - I would definitely recommend it.
