Private: well-kept garden 1'300 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool heated (7 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with shutter cover. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, single garage. Alles passt!Ruhige Lage am Wald- bzw. Wiesenland. Von dem Restaurant als direktem Nachbar bekommt man überhaupt nichts mit.Pool herrlich - 28 Grad - nicht zu warm - nicht zu kalt. Tolle Raumaufteilung - besonders großzügige Küche, wobei die Ausstattung qualitativ im Verhältnis zum übrigen Haus etwas abfällt - es ist aber alles vorhanden!Schlafzimmer und Betten großzügig und gute Qualität.Großes Grundstück - nicht eingezäunt.Alle Einreichtungen des tgl. Bedarfs (Märkte, Supermärkte, Apotheke, Friseur, Gastronomie) mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.Ein perfekter Sommerurlaub - vielen Dank!!!!

De Villa was zo stijlvol en gezellig ! Alles was aanwezig, Het zwembad 28° was zalig, de tuin verzorgd en rustig gelegen. Kortom we hadden een onvergetelijk verblijf

Goed en verzorgd huis gelegen op een centrale plek in Zuid Bretagne. Huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Prettige ontvangst, duidelijke uitleg van alles en goed vervolgcontact met beheerder. Prachtige omgeving met veel fietsmogelijkheden.

Dieses geräumige Ferienhaus in Clohars-Fouesnant liegt sehr ruhig und der Pool-Bereich ist nahezu nicht einsehbar. Das Haus ist ideal aufgeteilt, zweckmäßig und durchdacht eingerichtet und hat alles, was man so braucht. Es ist noch relativ neu, hat einen beheizten Außenpool und zwei Bäder oben und im EG. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die Übergabe erfolgte ohne Probleme und mit weiteren Tipps für den Urlaubsaufenthalt. Insgesamt haben wir zu viert eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht!!

Bequeme Betten, prima Bäder, Küche mit allem Notwendigen - sogar Fahrräder standen zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist nicht eingezäunt. Die Nachbarn (Tristans Eltern), zurückhaltend & sehr freundlich, haben einen süssen Jack Russel Terrier, der eventuell mal vorbei schaut. Klasse Urlaub. Danke!
