Wonderful house with beautiful views of the estuary. The upstairs sitting room was light filled and well designed. Lots of interesting art work and comfortable seating. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host Jean-Luc was easy and his recommendations were much appreciated. We spent a perfect week here, and enjoyed rediscovering Brittany. We hope to return. Thank you.

Beautiful Home

The house is so beautiful and the location close to the village and harbour is great. Don‘ t miss seeing the fisher boats coming into the harbour with fresh fish, oysters, langoustinos and the farmer‘s market. We felt home in this house and booked it already for 2026 again. Jean Luc is such a great host with many good advices for restaurants and responded us quickly when we had a question. Thank you Jean Luc !

Super house and v helpful owner

Jean Luc was so helpful and the house is lovely. Light, beautiful views, great location, spacious and very well equipped. Everything worked and was very comfortable. There is lots to do in the area, in fact we ran out of time to do everything we planned. The town of Guilvinec is a big fishing town and we really enjoyed immersing ourselves in the activities and eating wonderful fish from the poisoniere below the fish market. Jean Luc provided lots of local guidebooks, walks and restaurant recommendations at the house. The Guilvinec market is on Sunday with a brilliant selection of foods, the patisserie over the bridge and on the way out is fabulous. I would highly recommend staying here and I am very glad that we did. Thank you Jean Luc for making our stay so enjoyable.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer Top ausgestatteten Küche. Habe wie immer nur eigene Messer mitgenommen. ;-)Die Lage am hinteren Hafen ist faszinierend, das Spiel von Ebbe und Flut zu beobachten, war spannend und beruhigend zugleich. Alles ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Strände, Geschäfte, der Hafen, Restaurants. Last but not least: die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Jean Luc war prima. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Tisch liebevoll eingedeckt, und es erwarteten uns bretonische Spezialitäten. Jederzeit gerne wieder Urlaub in diesem Haus und Le Guilvinec/Treffiagat. Wir haben gerade 3 wundervolle Wochen in diesem perfekten Ferienhaus verbracht, das uns stets aufs Neue mit neuen Aussichten auf Flora und Fauna des Fjords, an dem es gelegen ist, erstaunt hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war höflich und immer prompt, kurzum: ebenfalls perfekt. Wir sagen: dankeschön, Jean- LucNous venons de passer trois semaines merveilleuses dans cette maison de vacances idéale, qui nous a constamment émerveillés par ses vues nouvelles sur la faune et la flore du fjord où elle est située. Was für ein wunderbares Haus.

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur total empfehlen. Wunderschön gelegen, ganz nah am Hafen. Tolle Zimmer, super Küche mit Blick aufs Wasser. Alles total sauber und sehr netter Kontakt zu Jean Luc dem Vermieter. Würde 10 Sterne geben wenn machbar. Grosser Willkommensgruß von Jean Luc. Tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants und 2 Fahrräder waren auch da.Kurzum, es war das schönste Haus was wir bis jetzt gemietet haben.

Un havre de paix entouré par la mer au gré des marais…. Que du bonheur

Nous avons été conquis dès notre arrivée. Jean Luc nous a accueilli avec professionnalisme et sympathie en témoigne le panier d’accueil et les conseils très appréciés. La maison est aussi confortable, lumineuse que décorée avec goût. Rien ne manque et l’on se sent comme chez soi. Mer au gré des marais visible de toutes les pièces et terrasses très agréables. La maison, idéalement située au cœur de Treffiagat est aussi proche de GuilvinecUne excellente adresse que nous recommandons hautement.

Maison au top avec un emplacement incroyable

Si vous cherchez une maison pieds dans l’eau avec une vue magnifique, cette maison est parfaite ! Maison très bien équipée et bien décorée. il ne manque rien. Le poêle à bois très agréable en hiver, le confort du salon…Le petit plus, 2 vélos de belles qualités pour des balades en bord de mer. Sans oublier l’accueil de Jean Luc très sympa. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cette maison ! Nous essaierons de revenir aux beaux jours !

Die Lage ist ein Traum

Sehr schön gelegen, sehr ruhig mit Ausblick auf den alten Hafen. Die Landschaft draußen verändert sich andauernd durch Ebbe und Flut. Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen, Guilvinec und die Umgebung sind immer wieder eine Reise wert, merci Jean-Luc!

Wunderbares Haus am Wasser

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit allem was man braucht für einen gelungenen Urlaub! Besonders gefallen hat uns die große, nach Süden ausgerichtete Terrasse und die kleinen Balkone Richtung Arrière-port. Dort kann man in der Früh in der Sonne sitzen und die Vögel im Wasser bei unterschiedlichem Wasserstand beobachten. Herrlich! Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen-Bäckerei, Dorfzentrum, Hafen und Strand...perfekt! Jean-Luc ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, vielen Dank nochmal für die guten Tipps und das Begrüßungs-Präsent!

Ungewöhnlich

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in Jean-Lucs Haus verbracht. Sauber, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet mit ungewöhnlicher Lage am alten Hafen. Jeden Tag gab es etwas zu sehen, jeden Tag war der Anblick anders durch Gezeiten. Tolle Einrichtung, alles vorhanden, was man so im Urlaub braucht. Der Empfang war herzlich, die Kommunikation mit Jean-Luc unkompliziert. Wir verdanken ihm einige wertvolle Tipps zu Restaurants und was es so alles zu entdecken gibt. Besonders zu erwähnen: das „Verwöhnpaket“ mit allerlei bretonischen Köstlichkeiten. Da kann ma sich nur gleich wie Zuhause fühlen. Die Gegend ist die Reise auf jeden Fall wert. Auf keinen Fall sollte man die Rückkehr der Fischerboote am Nachmittag verpassen. Sehr lohnenswert die Führungen durch die Haliothika und die Fischauktionshalle. Die 2 Wochen waren viel zu kurz, wir müssen unbedingt wiederkommen. Merci, Jean-Luc et à la prochaine.

Perfekter Standort in der Südbretagne

Es ist ein außerordentlich schönes Haus mit zwei Etagen. Die Küche (hervorragend eingerichtet) und die gesamte obere Etage erinnern an ein Schiffsdeck. Die Aussicht auf das Watt des Hafens ist durch die Gezeiten immer unterschiedlich und lässt immer Neues entdecken. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die große Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Im Ort gibt es alles, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders die kleine Bäckerei in Treffiagat ist zu erwähnen. Tolle Fischläden. Absolut hervorragend, ist die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber, der mit vielen Tipps und Auskünften aushilft, egal, ob Restaurant in der Nähe oder etwas weiter weg oder Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation war perfekt! Jederzeit wieder!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die beiden guten und bequemen Fahrräder. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter war unkompliziert. Jean-Luc ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüssung stand eine Auswahl bretonischer Spezialitäten auf dem Tisch. Es gibt reichlich Informationsmaterial über Restaurants, Kultur und Geschichte der Bretagne. Traumhafte Lage direkt am Wasser

Wir wurden von Jean Luc sehr herzlich empfangen. Er erklärte uns gleich den Ortsplan mit allen wichtigen und interessanten Punkten. Zudem erwartete uns ein kulinarisches Willkommensgeschenk mit zahlreichen Präsenten --> nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Das Haus selber hat uns gut gefallen. Die direkte Nähe am Wasser wo man Flut und Ebbe sehr schön beobachten kann. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es hat nichts gefehlt. Auch die Betten waren bequem und jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!

erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben die Tage um Silvester in Jean Lucs Haus verbracht und haben die Tage sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Ort ist im Winter ein bisschen verschlafen, dies hat uns aber sehr zugesagt. Die beiden Fahrräder haben wir sehr gern genutzt, sind damit zum Strand und zum einkaufen gefahren. Jean Luc ist ein äusserst freundlicher, zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
