Ideally located 500m from the beach and the nautical center, by a footpath, this new house is bright, functional, comfortable and nicely decorated. The garden is closed and has a beautiful terrace facing south. Cap Coz offers many possibilities for activities and walks: the large beach, the Old Port, Anse de Penfoulic, the Glénan archipelago being a few minutes by boat, while being close to the center of Fouesnant, shops, from his market on Friday. Beautiful contemporary house in a residential area 500m walk from the beach of Cap Coz. On one level, it has an entrance open onto a pleasant living room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with 1 bed for 2 people (160x200), a bedroom for 2 beds for 1 person (90x200), a pretty bathroom with Italian shower and double sink, separate toilet, large garage for your car, bikes, nautical equipment, ... In front of the house, a landscaped mineral garden and to the south, a large terrace with garden furniture and lounge for relaxing, to enjoy the sunny days.

At the end of your stay a clean appearance is required (unmade beds, crockery and clean appliances, basic storage).

This is a truly beautiful property in an amazing place. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return. Kristell is a wonderful host and was there to welcome us and show us round the house and point us in the right direction for days out, shops and the local vet. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay if you are looking to holiday in Cap Coz.

Wonderful host

Kristell has been a wonderful host in this location. Lovely decorated with all necessary amenities and beyond! Short walk to the beach, everything else in close distance in the town from bakery, market, swimming pool and supermarkets.

Erholsame Ferien in einem gut ausgestatteten Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang durch Kristell war herzlich und wir haben uns über die Goodies (Kaffee, Getränke im Kühlschrank und noch mehr) sehr gefreut. Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Kristell war vor und während des Aufenthalts unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.Der Strand mit seinen Restaurants ist mit einem kurzen und schönen Spaziergang erreichbar, Bäcker und Supermarkt sowie weitere Restaurants schnell mit dem Auto.Mit dem Auto kann man einfach schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen, besonders zu empfehlen sind hier unserer Meinung nach, Quimper und Locronan.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben mit unserer Familie wunderschöne Ferien in Cap Coz verbracht. Das moderne Haus ist dekorativ eingerichtet und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. An alles wurde gedacht, auch bei der Ausstattung der Küche. Kristell, die Vermieterin, ist eine sehr angenehme und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Fouesnant und insbesondere Cap Coz ist aus unserer Sicht ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen. Nicht nur mit dem Auto, auch mit dem Fahrrad, gelangt man schnell zu wunderschönen Ausflugszielen. Entlang der Küste waren wir häufig mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs. Gerne empfehlen wir die Unterkunft weiter!

Location impeccable à proximité de la plage

Une maison dans un petit lotissement, très propre, et parfaitement équipée (cuisine, WiFi, literies, sdb...). Si on peut regretter la proximité des autres habitations autour, cela ne nous a pas dérangé car aucun des voisins n'était présent durant notre sejour. A 5 min de marche on accède à la plage du Cap Coz. L'accueil des propriétaires, présents à notre arrivée, était impeccable (gentillesse, niveau d'info, conseils, etc.) tout est clair et bien organisé. Idem en fin de séjour. De la maison, on peut facilement rayonner à 30 min de voiture (Concarneau, Benodet, Pont-Aven, Quimper, Locronan...) ou pousser plus loin (Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Crozon, Lorient, etc.)

Idéal

Séjour idéal au Cap coz Cottage. Kristell est tout simplement charmante et de très bons conseils. Le cottage est idéalement situé ( 5min de la plage par le petit sentier), très très calme, très très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les lis sont faits à l'arrivée et l'ensemble du linge de toilette et de maison est fourni. En bref un séjour idéal dans un cottage idéal, nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir.

Très bon séjour passé

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette location très agréable aussi bien pour son grand confort, son équipement et son calme. Le tout dans un environnement exceptionnel permettant de faire de nombreuses activités. Notez le centre nautique à deux pas, de même que le restaurant Les pieds dans l'eau et ses glaces, le petit port de Cap Coz pour les pécheurs et les viviers de la Forêt pour ses bons fruits de mer. Juste en face les bateaux de course, de Port-la-Forêt ! A une demie-heure à peine les navettes pour les îles glénan, la criée du port de Guilvinec, la plage de la Torche et ses vagues. De l'autre côté Concarneau. Séjour inoubliable et location définitivement recommandée, avec un accueil très agréable.
