Wonderful, newly refurbished villa with the most fantastic view over the sea and the coast! The house is situated on the hills above Cannes in a luxury and residential area. Very tastefully decorated with big panoramic windows towards the garden and the sea.
Beautiful garden and pool area with both stone terraces and a nice, generous lawn (artificial grass). 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite in the main house and a separate guesthouse with 2-4 more beds. This luxury villa offers all comfort with top quality fittings, heated pool and a real finish sauna! Perfect location and just minutes down to the beaches, shopping and the famous Croisette!

Bathrooms: 4 bathroom in main house, 1 in guesthouse and 1 outdoor shower.
House layout: Nice entrance with hall and guest toilet. Huge, open living room with cosy sofa-area with fireplace, a separate part for dining and the open, exclusive kitchen. Panoramic windows and terrace doors leading out to the big pool area. 1 bedroom/office and ensuite bathroom. Second floor with master bedroom, en suite bathroom and dressing. 2 more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower.
Ground floor has sauna, relax room and shower/toilet, laundry room.
View: The view is outstanding. Panoramic view across the sea and the Esterel mountains.
Garden: 1500 m2. Flat, nice garden with grass lawn and a huge pool area with lovely areas for dining (covered). Relaxing, entertaining with a well equipped summer kitchen and BBQ.
Pool: shaped heated pool with salted water approx 10 m.
Parking: locked space for 2 cars.
Facilities: Well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven, coffee machine, wine fridge. Flat screen TV in living room and in 4 of the bedrooms. TV/DVD/CD/radio. Internet connection. Alarm.

Location: Perfect location on the hills above Cannes, about 5 minutes from the Croisette. The area is exclusive and well sought-after.
Entertainment/shopping: minutes from everything Cannes has to offer; beaches, restaurants, entertainment, exclusive shopping etc!
Bathing: 5 minutes to the beaches around Palm Beach and Cannes. Also close to Golfe Juan and Juan-les-Pins. Cap d’Antibes.
Golf: Some of the best golf courses on the Riviera are situated 15-20 minutes away.
Tennis: Like 5 min drive.
Airport: 30 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
