Mediterranian style 4th floor beachfront apartment in the the beautiful area called Llenaire with beautiful swiming pool.
The apartment consists of 3bedroom, one is a double bed with an ensuite complete bathroom, this bedroom is big and full of light with a private small terrace facing the sea and the bay.
The other two bedrooms have twins beds each and share a bathroom room on the corridor.

The kitchen is big and fully equiped including a diswasher and microwave.
The lounge / dinning room has two sofas and a dining table, all the space is full of light and opens on to the furnished terrace that has a big table and a sitting area offering fabulous views to the sea and the bay of Pto Pollença.

The apartment has Airconditioning cold and hot throughout the main bedroom and siting room.
The big community swimming pool is on a terrace with amazing views over the bay and is equiped with sun umbrellas and hammocks.

Washing machine and dryer are provided to make your holidays easier as well as TV, and DVD.

Linen is changed once per week as well as a midweek towel change and light clean.


It is a spacious apartment / penthouse with terrace and wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa. A pleasant sea breeze always blows.
It is decorated in Mediterranean style and is cozy, spacious, bright and quiet, an ideal place to enjoy the holidays and rest.
In front of the sea, the beach, the walks, the outdoor sports and the location offer you to enjoy a privileged place in the bay of Pollensa in Llenaire.
It has three bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite, another bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
In the building there are eight apartments, this is the attic, overlooking the bay and access to the roof from which to enjoy a unique panoramic view of the sea, countryside, port and mountains.
In the garden there is a large raised pool on the balcony with a sunny terrace, sun loungers and beautiful views.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. We enjoyed the air conditioning and the second couple adjusted to not not having air conditioning. It would be a great addition to a wonderful living space. We would definitely return .

Sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Dazu haben beigetragen die schöne Aussicht vom grossem Eckbalkon, der beinahe den ganzen Tag von Sonne 'verwöhnt wird. Das Appartment verfügt über alles was man so braucht um einen angenehmen Urlaub zu haben. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten repariert oder ersetzt werden. Aber auch nicht so schlimm um genannt zu werden. Im grossem und ganzen kann ich dieses Appartment weiter empfehlen. Wie würden auch wieder buchen.

Worked Well for Our Family

This apartment in Puerto Pollensa worked very well for our family. We were within 2 minutes to the nearest swimming in the bay, and about 10 minutes from a fabulous sandy beach (and beach food). the apartment itself is clean and well set-up. Sandra was extremely easy to communicate with and she responded quickly. The property also has a pool, so it was a great place to be able to teach our 3.5 year-old granddaughter the basics of swimming.

Beautiful Porto Pollensa

The view from this apartment is lovely, it is a twenty five minute walk from the Port with restaurants and shops along the way. The beach is lovely and the views across the bay are beautiful. The apartment is large but unfortunately it is stuffed full of furniture which is not great and some of the kitchen items had not been washed for some time. Sandra was very helpful, when we arrived the lift wasn’t working due to storms and she did chase up the community to get it fixed. We were supposed to have a mid clean and change of towels but did not notice that anyone had been in, but there were clean towels supplied, Lovely quiet area and nice pool.

Great apartment, very spacious and has a fantastic balcony. Nice quiet location a little south of PP but only a few minutes walk to the beach. Pool was also good. Would be happy to go back and would definitely recommend it. Only slight downsides were (i) lack of A/C in two of the bedrooms and (ii) we would wake up to pools of water on the balconies which apparently came from the A/C pipes.

Great Location

We had a great family holiday. Sandra is a great host and literally helped us out of a jam! The balcony made the holiday with its mix of furniture and amazing views. The swimming pool is great and large enough for swimming and the beach is just right there. The only disappointment was no wifi and the AC was confined to the master bedroom and living room. Having said that you could comfortably sleep at least 2 in the living room if that is a problem. We loved it and would go back.
