In a small hamlet 7 km from the Grande Plage de Royan and St Georges de Didonne, large Charentaise house, recently renovated on landscaped grounds of 1,000 m2 with secure outdoor swimming pool.
Ground floor: large entrance, large living / dining room of 30 m2.
Very bright fully equipped summer kitchen with picture windows facing East / South and West, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
Office, fitted back kitchen, separate WC, shower room with cabin shower, storeroom and garage.
Upstairs, mezzanine, 3 bedrooms with a double bed of 160 each and a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 (all bedding is new and very comfortable) + storage, dressing room and bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasins and WC.
8x4 unheated outdoor pool, with security fence and technical chalet.
New and quality equipment at your disposal: electric oven and microwave, 2 hotplates (vitroceram and induction), dishwasher and large fridge with freezer, washing machine, dryer, flat screen TV with Internet box and Wifi.
For leisure, board games, books, bikes and beach games are available.
You can enjoy a 1000 m2 garden and rest under the umbrella pine by the pool. Barbecue, solar shower and garden furniture with parasol.
Possibility to park 2 vehicles on the property, enclosed garden with electric gate.
Linen & sheets option provided on request for 15 € / pers.
A deposit of 750 € will be requested upon arrival by check (not cashed).
Direct access to the main Royan shopping center in 10 minutes. All shops and amenities in Semussac.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem riesengroßen Garten und herrlichem Pool

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem tollen Mietshaus. Das Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und hatte ausreichend Platz für uns alle (7). Die Strände sind in 10-15 min Fahrtzeit zu erreichen und auch der nächste Supermarkt ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Haus und auch der Pool haben uns viel Freude bereitet und wir können es besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Manque d’honnêteté

Gîte : belle maison bien équipée avec beau jardin, pas loin des plages et pratique pour visiter la région. Piscine de bonne taille non chauffée (environs 19-20 degrés pendant notre séjour). Merci à Dominique de son accueil et d’avoir été réactif pour les petits soucis. Environnement : directement sur une ROUTE départementale TRÈS FRÉQUENTÉE jour et nuit pendant le séjour (13 au 20/08). Le portail étant dans un angle mort, c’est l’angoisse à chaque sortie à vélo avec les enfants. Échanges : cordiaux avant le séjour, hostiles pendant le séjour : 1) MENSONGE - très soucieuse de la sécurité de nos enfants et chats, j’ai appelé Jocelyne avant la réservation pour savoir si la route était passagère, elle m’a dite « PAS plus que ça ». Sur place, je cite la réponse de Jocelyne « il est vrai que la fréquentation sur la région Royannaise est optimum sur les 2 1eres semaines d’août et la circulation forcément plus soutenue ». 2) LIMITATION EAU CHAUDE - au déjeuner 2 adultes et 5 enfants ont pris la douche après la piscine, puis au retour de la plage, toujours pas d’eau chaude à 21h pour donner le bain aux enfants. Je cite la réponse de Jocelyne « le chauffe-eau se remet en marche automatiquement chaque nuit et permet de faire au moins une douche par jour pour 8 personnes ». 3) SÉCURITÉ - nous séjournons avec de jeunes enfants et des chats, j’ai exprimé mon mécontentement concernant le portail laissé grand ouvert le matin par la famille de notre hôte, j’ai eu une réponse PAS RESPONSABLE de Jocelyne. 4) HYGIÈNE - le ménage est fait partiellement : WC pas nettoyés (pipi au 1er étage, fonds WC marron au RdC), tiroirs remplis de vêtements des précédents locataires, congélateur avec de la terre et du gazon, meubles de cuisine d’été collants. Cafards dans la cuisine d’été et la salle de manger. J’ai fait une demande spéciale en Juin, Jocelyne a gentiment accepté pour que je conserve cette réservation. MAIS cette demande est devenue une exigence pendant le séjour alors que j’aurais pu lui épargner en prenant une autre location.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans la maison de Jocelyne. le jardin ombragé, la piscine et le prêt de 5 vélo pour aller à la plage (40 minutes) étaient très agréable. Le fait que Jocelyne se trouve dans une petite dépendance à l'entrée du jardin ne nous a absolument pas dérangé au vu de sa discretion. Elle a fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse. Toller Urlaub in Trignac!

Liebe Jocelyne, lieber Dominique Vielen, vielen Dank, für die wunderschöne Zeit, die wir in eurem Haus in Trignac verbringen durften! Wir haben uns von Anfang an, dank eurer herzlichen Begrüßung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die kleine Willkommenstour hat uns geholfen uns zu orientieren und uns in der fantastisch ausgestatteten Küche zurecht zu finden. Wir waren begeistert, dass das Haus ebenso schön und sauber ist wie auf den Bildern. Obwohl das Haus an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt, hat man davon nachts nichts mitbekommen, da der Garten und Pool von der Straße weggebaut sind, konnte man dort wunderbar Entspannen, Grillen und beisammen sitzen. Die nächsten Strände sind mit den bereitgestellten Fahrrädern innerhalb von 20min zu erreichen. Vielen Dank auch für die reibungslose und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit euch! Alles Gute und bis hoffentlich mal wieder! Yara, Daniel, Miles, Felix, Magdalena & Oli PS: Die Melonen von Soldive waren so köstlich, dass wir eine ganze Kiste mit nach Deutschland genommen haben!

Sejour formidable dans une très belle rochelaise rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et où l on se sent bien tout de suite .Maison familiale très bien équipée avec magnifique piscine, aucun vis à vis Jocelyne est une hôte parfaite : disponible, chaleureuse Une précision :, toutes les chambres sont à l etage et maison en bordure d une route très passagère mais dont le bruit au final n est pas trop gênant Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .

Superbe villa avec piscine et très bien agencée, surtout la cuisine d'été qui s'ouvre sur le jardin et la piscine. Tout est sur place pour passer un excellent séjour: jeux de société, jeux pour la piscine, Barbecue... Literie parfaite, super matelas !!! Idéal pour famille avec enfants Seul hic, la circulation sur la route qui pourrait déranger les personnes au sommeil léger comme moi donc prévoyez des boules Quies et vos nuits seront bonnes ;)

Superbe propriété

Nous avons été ravis de nos deux semaines passées dans cette magnifique maison , très bien entretenue, décorée avec soin , très spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est très grand et agréable avec une belle piscine. Les propriétaires sont charmants et soucieux du confort de leurs hôtes . La localisation est idéale: proche de belles plages, de beaux villages (Talmont par exemple), du zoo de la Palmyre et il est également possible de faire des excursions en bateau ( île d’Aix..). Pour résumer, les excursions facilement réalisables sont nombreuses et variées . Nous recommandons cette location et serions heureux d’avoir la chance d’y revenir!

UNE SUPERBE SEMAINE

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine! Non seulement grâce au beau temps mais aussi grâce à cette belle maison (très spacieuse et très bien décorée) et à cette piscine (idéale également pour les enfants avec les différents niveaux de profondeur > Les petits ont adorés). Les propriétaires sont très gentils, très disponibles et cherchent vraiment à vous faire passer une bonne semaine! Je recommande et je pense même que nous y reviendrons! :) Merci pour tout!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable de 15 jours dans cette maison très bien située et très bien équipée. Nos 3 enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le jardin et la piscine!
