The property which overlooks the 2nd green, benefits from air conditioning, large flat screen TV, channels and internet access. Daily cleaning is provided in the apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen. It is 2 minutes walk to the outdoor pool and 5 minutes to the Fitness Spa and Club House Restaurant. The master bedroom has a king size double bed, fitted wardrobes and its own bathroom with shower.
The French doors open onto the patio and the 2nd green. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The main bathroom has a bath, a toilet, bidet and sink.
The 2 bathrooms have a towel dryer. The terrace has a table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol.

Fantastic apartment in great location

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The property was very clean on our arrival and communication with Eric was first class . You have free use of the gym and indoor pool at the on site health club and use of the outdoor pool at Fairways Village . The property is a short 10 minute drive to Lagos with several supermarkets only a 5 minute drive away . We would definitely stay in the property again if we returned to the area .

Fantastic time at Boavista!

This is our second stay and we thoroughly enjoy the apartment, its amenities and proximity to Lagos, Sagres and Praia de Luz. Took advantage of the fitness center as well as the pool, apartment has everything you could need, comfortable and clean!

Our second stay at apartment speaks for itself. Superb location. Roomy apartment with everything you need. Ground floor with terrace overlooking the 2nd Green of the golf course. Quiet and peaceful with a large communal swimming pool .aloloingers.

Perfect place to relax

Lovely site, beautifully maintained. Spacious apartment. Daily clean and bed-making service, plenty of towels. Lovely big indoor pool and gym. Nice kitchen, well equipped. Heating welcome at this time of year. Within easy striking distance of Lagos, Luz and motorways to Faro and Lisbon.

Check in is 4pm but there is no facility to store luggage if you arrive on an early flight so have to hang around resort with luggage which is not ideal . Having checked in was told no hot water as a new boiler was needed and if required a shower to use spa facility. Arrived at the apartment and noticed the apartment had been made ready the day before we arrived on the 19th. Doesn’t make sense why we couldn’t have checked in earlier. Had to stay in the day after so new boiler could be fitted as there is no safe in the apartment to lock valuables away. Eventually got hot water around 7pm that evening, so a good day and a half wasted. I would say no understanding from owners and not offered any compensation. The apartment is nothing special just a basic rental and furniture not comfortable, would struggle seating 4 people in the lounge . The mattress in the main bedroom is so hard and uncomfortable difficulty sleeping. A waste bin with a lid is needed in the kitchen instead of a bucket with a bin liner quite unhygienic as there is a problem with ants in kitchen and bathroom. As there is only 2 sun lounges on the terrace , 4 people would also struggle and plastic chairs with no seat pads which was uncomfortable. Terrace had to be swept every morning as it was covered with dead ants. Have been visiting Boavista since2004 and was an owner for 10 years, this was not a good experience the apartment not very inviting and a basic rental.

Das Appartment liegt wunderschön eingebettet in ein Golfresort und liegt optimal für gelegentliche Tagesausflüge. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden mit der FeWo. Sie liegt sehr ruhig mit einem tollen Blick auf das 2.Grün des Golfplatzes. Es gibt zwei SZ mit Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten. Die beiden Badezimmer sind mit Wanne und Dusche ausgestattet. Wie in den südlichen Ländern üblich,gibt es keine Bettbezüge, wer darauf Wert legt,sollte sich diesen mitbringen. Handtücher sind ausreichend da. Die Wohnung wurde jeden Tag gereinigt,was eigentlich nicht not tat,aber natürlich super war. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Fantastic stay

Had a great relaxing week in the apartment. It was spotless and cleaned every day. We had a car but Uber taxi was only €5-€10 each way to Lagos if we didn't want to drive. Would definitely recommend this apartment. General areas was well maintained and felt clean and safe.

Perfect "Boavista" apartment!

The apartment from Véronique and Eric is just perfect. Very clean, cause it gets cleaned by very friendly service ladies every day. They even turn the dishwasher on. Unbelievable. It's like being in a hotel. The views are fantastic. Everything you need is there. The communication with V. and E. can't be better. If we would return to Lagos, we definitely would book this apartment again. Marion + Herbert

TOP Urlaub an der Algarve

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend. Sauberkeit top, und es wurde täglich gereinigt und der Müll entsorgt. Alles war vorhanden, von Kaffeemaschine bis Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb von Lagos, mit Mietwagen aber kein Problem.

Boavista holiday

We found the location and access to the spa brilliant. For our specific needs the place has much to offer. We are both in our 70s and like walking and swimming plus birdwatching. We do not go out at night so having the TV and WiFi is a must for us. A few small things such as salt and pepper and cooking oil plus a starter of tea bags and coffee would improve the place particularly to people who arrive late in the evening.
