About this property

The cottage "the shelter of the sailor" is a house completely renovated in 2018. Charm and comfort are at the rendezvous. 2 km from the beaches of Pendruc and Pouldohan, the cottage is located in a dead calm. It consists on the ground floor of a living room of 30m2 with kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a bed of 160X200, a bathroom with an extra flat shower, a separate toilet. On the floor a room mezzanine with 2 beds of 90X190. Outside, a south-facing terrace with a breakfast area, a large garden of 700 m2 fully fenced in the back with a wooden terrace with sunbeds and outdoor lounge.
A bike path allows cycling to reach the beaches safely.
Its geographical location is ideal, 7 kms from Concarneau and 7 kms from Pont-Aven, allows to visit the region. Shops and services 2 kms, in the center of Trégunc.

Excellent séjour

Très gentil accueil par le propriétaire. La communication avec Glenn avant notre séjour a parfaitement fonctionnée. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans cette maison confortable et joliment aménagée. Les VTT qui étaient à notre disposition étaient en bon état. Malheureusement, notre séjour a été trop court pour profiter également de la belle place avec salon extérieur dans le jardin. Un grand merci à Glenn aussi pour les délicieux biscuits et le cidre.

Wunderschönes Häuschen in Strandnähe

Wir haben eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus gewohnt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Es ist alles perfekt - von der Ausstattung (sogar Fahrräder!) über die Lage bis hin zum herzlichen Empfang mit kleinen Geschenken. Lieben Dank an Glenn und seine Frau für dieses wunderbare Erlebnis - und bis zum nächsten mal.

Lazy summer in Brittany

Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the coast, this modest, traditional house is carefully renovated and designed with care for functional comfort and with a style. Garden furniture welcoming for relax in the sun. We have spent there a wonderful time.

Kleines Paradies

Perfekt! Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben, die Fotos sind aktuell und vor Ort war alles noch schöner als ohnehin schon erwartet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Virginie und Glenn empfangen, die sich Zeit genommen haben, um uns alles zu erklären. Danke für die besonderen Gastgebergeschenke! Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind hell und freundlich und alles war tipptopp sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die fantastische Außenanlage vor und hinter dem Haus. Irgendwo ist dann immer Sonne. Das Haus liegt außerhalb des Ortes Tregunc in einer reinen Wohngegend. Es war sehr, sehr ruhig und trotzdem nicht einsam. Es gibt hochwertige Fahrräder (und Helme), mit denen man zum nächstgelegenen Strand in wenigen Minuten radeln kann. Mit dem Auto sind weitere Strände in der näheren Umgebung schnell zu erreichen. Es gibt traumhafte, lange Sandstrände und kleine Buchten, die alle im September nur spärlich besucht waren. Wer, wie wir, gerne wandert, findet hier ein Paradies vor. Und meistens ist die Ausschilderung sehr gut. Auch Ausflüge in die weitere Umgebung lohnen sich. Es gibt für Naturfreunde viel zu entdecken. Im Ort Tregunc gibt es alle Geschäfte, die man braucht. Auch ein Supermarkt, der sonntags ganztägig mit Self-Service geöffnet hat. Es sind genügend Restaurants vorhanden, allerdings mussten wir uns daran gewöhnen, dass in der Regel nur mittags für maximal 2 Stunden offen war und dann abends erst wieder ab 19.00 Uhr. Dann aber auch eine Reservierung ratsam war. Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in der Bretagne. Das Ferienhaus war das schönste, das wir bisher hatten und auch die Umgebung ist für uns nicht zu toppen! Danke, das wir zu Gast sein durften.
