The exterior features include spacious multi-level deck with outdoor dining, gas fire pit with surrounding seating, gas grill, and outdoor shower. Safety rail and gate installed by owners for waterfront protection for the little ones. Bring your boat, or water sport toys and enjoy this beautiful home in Beach Haven West. Just a short drive to Long Beach Island, and close to the ever expanding town of Manahawkin. We do not accept pets of any kind, and this is a smoke free property inside and out.

In town for a wedding

The property is pictured accurately and wonderfully appointed and spacious. Well cared for and clean. Great location. Kitchen well equipped. We were attending a wedding on LBI this location worked perfectly.

Awesome Labor Day weekend!

What a beautiful home and location for a last minute trip with friends. Everything you need at your finger tips with this home from multiple bathrooms, bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, grill and huge patio with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Oh and let’s not forget the private dock for your boat! Excellent rental and would recommend!!

Lovely property

The house was very clean and very well appointed. Everything seemed to be in working order for the most part. The transition on the deck was dangerous in that it's very easy to miss the step down, and we did a couple of times. It would be nice to paint the edge to decipher the different heights. The blinds in the upstairs right bedroom did not reach the windowsill, so we had to fill that space to ensure privacy. We had a great week.
