A SUPERB RENOVATED 5 BEDROOM FARMHOUSE in the hills of EMILIA
A 5 bedroom fully renovated farmhouse, is split in two separate apartments, and is capable of sleeping upto 10 people. It has all the main facilities including WiFi and TV. The house is at the end of a small rural village, and with its large fully secluded garden, its great for small children and adults alike. There is a bbq area with all the garden furniture, it even has an old wood oven were grandmother used to bake bread, cook roasts, and pizza. A small pool will be supplied on request. Emilia is one of the best areas for cuisine culture and art. History plays a big part with its many Roman ruins, and medieval towns and castles all holding there own weekly markets and events. A car is essential, so within an easy drive places like Venice, Florence, Bologna, the lake district and even the west coast ie la Spezia, Le Cinque Terre are all within a 3 hour drive

sehr schoenes Ferienhaus, in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Dennoch gut zu erreichen und als Ausgangspunkt fuer Ausfluege sehr gut. Oder auch einfach nur um die Ruhe und die Natur zu geniessen.
Das Haus liegt wunderbar am Ende einer kleinen Straße am Waldrand. Das Grundstück ist groß und umzäunt. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Ruhe dort ist sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist aufgeteilt in 2 Wohnbereiche, was für uns mit 2 Familien perfekt war. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war stets einwandfrei und sehr höflich. Ich kann dieses Objekt nur weiter empfehlen.

Franks Haus und Grundstück sind traumhaft. Ausreichend Platz für 10 Personen und 2 Hunde. Nebst 2 vollausgestatteter Küchen gibt es noch einen Pizzaofen und großen Grill. In der alten Scheune lässt sich's gut im Schatten sitzen und verweilen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
