About this property

Spacious and warm family home, with garden, sea view

Family villa ideally located, a min walk from a small beach.
The house is very quiet without vis-à-vis, in a residential area. It is equipped with a large garden to install table, chairs and umbrellas for dining outside especially.

The house is old, with lots of character and very bright. It was completely renovated in 2010.
It can hold up to 10 people.

It includes, on 3 levels:
DRC:
- 1 large fully equipped kitchen (+ Nespresso machine, toaster, etc..)
- scullery with dining area (5 places)
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 large living room
- 1 dining-room with 10 seats
- 1 bedroom with double bed and integrated bathroom
- in a row, a room with bunk beds

1st floor:
- 1 bedroom with 1 1/2 bed with washbasin
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with washbasin
- 1 bathroom (bath)
- 1 separate WC

2nd floor:
- 1 very large room (sea view) with double bed and extra bed if needed

The house is also equipped with all baby equipment: crib, high chair, changing mat and bath. Stroller available if needed.

It has 3 + 1 TV DVD player and stereo.
BBQ, parasol, tables and chairs
Parking space outside.

The house is 5 minutes drive from downtown La Richardais (bakery) and 10 minutes from Dinard (all shops for food, pharmacy, bookstore, the famous market of Dinard, etc.)
Saint-Malo, the corsair city is 10 minutes.
Many activities are possible in addition to water sports, Dinard Golf (very famous) is 15 minutes, the equestrian club in 5 minutes. Possible walks, in front of sea, or in edge of Rance.

Final cleaning can be done by an external person at a cost of 50 €.
We offer the rental of linens (sheets + towels) for 10 € per person, but you can come with your own linen.

wonderful home

We enjoyed staying in this lovely stone home. It has many interesting features and a wonderful garden for outdoor dining. The house is well situated, with a nice view of the sea and St Malo. The nearby towns, shops and beaches are lovely. Our host was very communicative and helpful. Our family hopes to return again to this beautiful home.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons réservé cette magnifique maison avec des amis car nous avions un mariage à proximité à Dinard. Cette maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût tout en gardant son esprit de famille. Le séjour est très chaleureux avec vue mer. La propriétaire avec laquelle j'ai correspondu est charmante! Je recommande très vivement.

Maison très agréable

Belle maison, située près des axes pour se rendre à St Malo, Dinard et Dinan, bien qu'un peu éloignée du village et des commerces. Nous étions une famille de 8 adultes, et elle était très adaptée, avec une grande salle de séjour très agréable, une grande salle a manger, une cuisine bien équipée. Quelques points à améliorer (transats, matelas). Un bon souvenir !

Ein wirklich schönes Haus, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die unmittelbare Umgebung, das Gezeitenkraftwerk und eine Siedlung ohne nennenswerte Infrastruktur, Auto ist auf alle Fälle erforderlich.

Belle maison de caractère parfaitement équipée (au delà de nos attentes: matériel, vaisselle, livres, jeux,…) et très bien située, dans laquelle nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Proche des commerces et parfaite pour rayonner dans les environs (Saint Malo, Saint Lunaire, Saint Briac etc…) Très jolie rénovation du séjour lumineux (un début dans la maison?) Jardin très appréciable pour les petits enfants. Vraiment idéale pour les familles. La communication avec la propriétaire a été fluide. Nous recommandons sans hésitation!

Lovely house close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at La Richardais which is close to St. Malo and Dinard. Our children loved the spacious house! We only discovered the sheltered beach down the road the second day which we really enjoyed! Especially in the summer when all the other beaches were really crowded this is a great place to go. We had a lovely stay and can only recommend La Richardais!

Nous avons passé un bon w end entre amis .Votre maison est très bien située dans un secteur magnifique et calme Juste un soucis avec la douche au rdc : impossible de régler la temperature de la douche beaucoup trop chaude Du coup une salle de bain pour tous fut juste . Peut être que la personne qui passe pour etat des lieux et ménage aura resolu le problème que nous avons signalé a Stéphane Ce dernier nous avait proposer de quitter la maison un peu plus tard dans l apres midi .ce que nous avons apprécié Merci encore bonne continuation Sylvie Capard

Super, sehr schönes Haus mit Garten , super für Kinder.

Das Haus bietet viel Platz und hat Charakter. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Am Strand direkt am Haus kann man zwar wegen starker Strömung nicht baden, aber für Kinder zum buddeln ist es prima. St malo und andere Strände sind mit Auto nicht weit.

Tres beau site et maison agreable.

La maison est tres spacieuse et familiale. Petits et grands trouvent leur place. Des beaux espaces exterieurs et grandes pieces a vivre avec une vue superbe. La maison a garde le charme des maisons anciennes. L emplacement est tres optimal pour aller a Dinard tout en etant loin de la foule pendant l ete. La plage accessible a pied est tres belle aussi avec vue sur st servan. Bref un tres bon sejour grace aux proprietaires tres accueillants et aidants.
