About this property

Our family home renovated in 2019 is located 200 meters from the center of the Village des Hôpitaux-Neufs. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 living room, 1 dining room and an open kitchen. You will have access to internet access via Wi-Fi. It can accommodate 10 people with all the comforts you can expect today. During our renovation we privileged the space so that you spend good moments with family or between friends. You will be able to benefit from a garden raised with the eyes of sight as well as a loggia giving on the village and the Mont d'Or.
In the summer you have the opportunity to walk a few meters from the house and on the Mont d'Or and go mountain biking on the slopes of Métabief that you can reach by bike from home. In winter, free shuttles take you from the slopes of alpine skiing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in Métabief (5 minutes). There is also an open ski lift during the holidays from the village of Hôpitaux-Neufs. Near the village Hospitals-Old for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing to the village of Fourgs, Mount Erba ...

Great place to stay

Gilles is a kind and generous host who took time to show us all the facilities in his lovely home. The house is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. We had a great time cycling and walking in Jura and would recommend it as a fabulous holiday rental.

Best Location!

It was absolutely perfect! We wanted a private and secluded spot. It's in the village so you hear the church bells ring and can watch the cows in the pasture on the hill. The house is bright and inviting. There's a massive bunk bed for the kids it's awesome! The balcony was my favorite part.

Perfekte Ferien

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber, neu und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die Garage war für uns ideal, da wir viele Bikes dabei hatten.Auch die Kommunikation mit Gilles war sehr angenehm und er hat immer in kürzester Zeit zurückgeschrieben. Vielen Dank für alles.

Belle maison lumineuse, chaleureuse et confortable pour 2 familles avec tout l'équipement nécessaire , deux salles de bains et de l'espace . La déco et le mobilier sont agréables. La vue depuis le balcon est dégagée avec vu sur une partie du village et la montagne. Le proprietaire est tres agréable , tres arrangeant et facilement joignable. Une maison très agréable et très bien située

La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, bien équipée et avec une belle vue. Elle permet de multiples activités, qu'il y ait ou pas de la neige : randonnée, ski de fond, raquettes, ski de piste, patin à glace ... Pendant notre séjour, il n'y a eu de neige que l'avant dernier jour, et de nombreux équipements étaient fermés du fait de la crise sanitaire. Nous ne nous sommes pas pour autant ennuyés, grâce notamment aux bons conseils du propriétaire, très réactif, et à la proximité de la Suisse, où beaucoup plus d'activités étaient autorisées qu'en France. Beaucoup de bonnes adresses gastronomiques également, pâtisseries, boucheries et fruitières à proximité, qui vendent d'excellents produits de la région. A noter : nous n'étions que 4 personnes.
