Cozy Retreat on Lake Hartwell- come enjoy Spring on the lake!

Lakefront property on beautiful Lake Hartwell. Peaceful getaway for boating, fishing or just relaxing. We are also just 30 minutes from the University of Clemson and a great place to wind down after an exciting sporting event. Property includes a covered one slip dock with ladder for swimming and a gorgeous view of the sunset each evening. Boat ramp is 1/2 mile from house.

House has Master Bedroom with King bed and on suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom has Queen Bed and 3rd Bedroom has 2 twin beds. Kitchen has recently been remodeled and has new appliances plus a complete stock of utensils, appliances and pots and pans and there is a washer and dryer for your use.

House has a handicap ramp for ease of accessibility.

Approximately 20 minute drive to Green Pond Landing and just a few miles from local boat launch at Glenn Ferry.

Dock has new AquaStair ladder for easy access to lake for swimming and a canoe available for your use. Guests need to supply own PFD.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Be sure that dock lights and dock pole light are turned off. Secure all dock chairs and stack patio chairs.
Upon leaving, please adjust the thermostat to Heat and 60 degrees in cooler weather and COOL and 75 degrees in warm weather.
Empty grease tray on grill and scrape if you have used. Be sure gas is turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My grandson loves to fish and this house was right on the lake, had a nice dock, and provided a canoe for us to use. The sunsets were beautiful, it was nice and quiet. The kitchen was very well supplied! We would book here again!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a quaint house on the lake with a nice view of the lake. Easy drive to Clemson for a football game! Not much around in the way of restaurants but Anderson and Lavonia are easy 15-20 minute drive for that. Overall very enjoyable stay and would stay again.

A perfect 4th of July

Very nice house right on the lake with a dock and canoe. Our grandkids had a wonderful time swimming and exploring the lake. House had everything you needed and plenty of room.

Ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace of the lake. The dock was great for kayak launch and swimming. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. We felt at home within the first few minutes.

A Cozy Getaway

Everything about our stay was perfect. The host answered any and all questions promptly, and was extremely friendly. The house is so cozy, it felt like a home away from home with the bonus of a beautiful lake view. It’s an easy walk to the dock, with lovely landscaping. Kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook all of our meals. 10/10 would recommend!

This property was great. It had everything and more that was advertised. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. Saw lots of wildlife and had fun catching and releasing some fish. Will definitely try to stay here again

Love this place!

Had a great stay. Loved being right on the lake! The house was roomy and comfortable and perfect for our family to stay for Clemson graduation. The host was very nice, very accessible and always responded immediately to my messages. I would definitely recommend, and would love to stay there again!
