A very functional and comfortable property

The property is in a very good location, a short walk to everything in Valeggio. It's a nice little town, with lots happening, and close to the wonderful Lago di Garda and its beautiful lakeside towns. Not far from Verona, Padova, Mantova and Vicenza, and in a lovely wine region, it's a great place to stay.

Casa pulita ed accogliente, con tutto il necessario per la colazione, la doccia ed una bella dormita. Giardino paradisiaco, dove anche i nostri cagnolini sono stati molto bene. Niente da eccepire! Ci ė sembrato di essere ospiti a casa di amici di vecchia data! I proprietari sono sempre stati disponibili e carini. Meravigliosa esperienza!

Die Vermietern sehr angenehm und nett, und die Wohnung genau wie im Internet beschrieben, man kann sie nur weiter empfehlen, ideal für Familien die die Ruhe genießen wollen abseits von den ganzen Touristen Wellen. War wunderbar , würden gern noch länger bleiben 😔

Il perfetto angolo di relax

L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo ma con un supermercato e altri servizi a 500 metri (panetteria super, parrucchiere, parafarmacia, bar). Siamo stati accolti dal gentilissimo proprietario che ci ha mostrato l'appartamento, pulitissimo e dotato praticamente di tutto. Abbiamo apprezzato le piccole forniture come sapone dei piatti, carta igienica e prodotti per la pulizia che in altri posti abbiamo dovuto comprare. E trovare una bottiglia di acqua, latte, merende e yogurt è stata una piacevole sorpresa! Avendo 2 cani il giardino era la parte che ci interessava di più ed è effettivamente stupendo, ampio e ben curato con un piccolo gazebo che garantisce la privacy. Avendo un cane anziano non ci siamo mossi molto ma il centro del paese è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti e offre bar, ristoranti e negozi di ogni genere. Il lago di Garda e le varie località sono a 20 minuti. Il quartiere è pieno di cani e sono tutti molto tolleranti se scappa qualche abbaio. Gli altri proprietari di cani sono sempre gentili ed educati. Nei pressi ci sono ben 2 aree cani attrezzate con panchine e fontanelle e sono sempre molto pulite. Se cercate un soggiorno tranquillo ma con tutto a disposizione questo appartamento è l'ideale.

wunderbare Erholung in entspannter Atmosphäre

Die Wohnung in Valeggio sM war toll und entsprach exakt dem Inserat. Die Vermieter - Angela und Andrea - sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Als Gastgebergeschenk und tolle Überraschung haben wir schon eine Küchen-Grundausstattung erhalte. Sehr liebe Aktion. die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, der dazugehörige Garten ist phantastisch. Man könnte sich sehr gut erholen. Valeggio ist ein schöner kleiner Ort, der aber auch einiges zu bieten hat (bspw. Borghetto und Parc Sigurtá). Der monatliche Antik-Markt war ebenso toll wie die vieleń guten Restaurants. Bis zum Gardasee fährt man zwar einige Minuten, aber akzeptabel. Man kann auch mit dem Fahrrad den Mincio entlang fahren bis nach Peschiera. Wir haben auch wunderbare Tagesausflüge nach Verona und Venedig gemacht. Aber, ob nun nach den Besuchen in diesen vollen Städten oder den vielen wuseligen Städtchen am Gardasee, am Ende waren wir immer wieder froh in die beschauliche Ruhe unserer Ferienwohnung zurückzukehren. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir haben unsere Zeit dort über alle Maße genossen.

Fantastic Location for Lake Garda

The location is perfect for visiting all the activities around the Lake Garda area being only 20 minutes away, but is peaceful and quiet with very few tourists. We are a family of 4 (children 12 and 10), and the house was a perfect size with Wifi which suited the children on an evening! The town itself has a beautiful castle and small village close by with watermills. The Park close by is also beautiful. Highly recommend taking a golf buggy around the park if you only have a couple of hours to visit, although they also hire out bicycles. Angela was a perfect host and although we never actually met, she was very responsive to all correspondence, left some fantastic goodies for us upon our arrival and her daughter was lovely with lots of ideas of what to do in the area when she showed us the apartment. Highly recommend if you like to visit tourist areas in August but like the peace and quiet of a smaller town.

Una location deliziosa e confortevole, ben pulita ed organizzata, un giardino curato, due bagni (vasca e doccia), un salone molto spazioso, addirittura una poltrona reclinabile e massaggiante! Il proprietario è molto cordiale e disponibile nonchè flessibile ad ogni necessità dell’ospite. Abbiamo approfittato per visitare Gardaland (a circa 15 minuti di auto), Verona (circa 25 minuti) e Venezia (circa un’ora e mezza). Vi consiglio caldamente questo appartamento!

Sehr erholsamer und angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr ruhigen italienischen Siedlung. Man hat keinen Touristenrummel und ist sehr zentral zur Ortschaft. Ausflüge nach Verona, Salo und auch mal eine Schiffsrundfahrt auf dem Gardasee sind relativ kurzfristig machbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. WLAN funktioniert auch sehr gut. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos trois enfants chez Angela. L'appartement était très propre, très bien équipé, fonctionnel et le jardin bien agréable ! Le quartier est très calme et on peut s'y garer très facilement. Enfin, l'appartement est parfaitement situé pour les visites : Lac de Garde, Vérone, Mantoue à quelques kilomètres.

SIAMO STATI BENE NELL'APPARTAMENTO DOTATO DI GIARDINO CON PRATO VERDE. UTILISSIMA LA SECONDA STANZA CON BAGNO ANNESSO, CONSIDERATO CHE PER QUATTRO NOTTI CI HANNO RAGGIUNTO NOSTRO FIGLIO CON MOGLIE E NIPOTINA. L' APPARTAMENTO E' COMODO, SPAZIOSO E VICINISSIMO AL CENTRO, A DUE PASSI SI TROVA IL SUPERMERCATO E TUTTI I SERVIZI. Vicinissimo al Parco Sigurtà e a Borghetto, si può andare a piedi lasciando la macchina parcheggiata. In ottima posizione per recarsi a Mantova, Verona, Brescia e visitare i paesi lungo il Lago di Garda, compresa Gardaland. Grazie ad Andrea, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo e premuroso, ci ha dato assistenza nei momenti di difficoltà. "VACANZA DA RIPETERE"

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 per 3 netti in questa casa fantastica, la pulizia , la posizione ed il giardino splendidi, l'accoglienza di Andrea e le attenzioni che fanno la differenza sempre...il latte in frigo, le brioches per colazione, qualsiasi tipo di prodotto per pulizia e altro....che dire.....speriamo di tornare in un'altra occasione e, magari, per un periodo più lungo! Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Garten

Die Wohnung entsprach voll unseren Bedürfnissen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Abende im schönen Garten ausklingen lassen. Angela ist eine sympathische, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Danke nochmals für die Tipps und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung der An- und Abreise. Wir würden jederzeit diese Wohnung im schönen Valeggio sul Mincio wieder anmieten. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Gardasee, Verona Mantova, Brescia sind schnell erreichbar. Ciao und grazie.

Kurzurlaub

So einen Geheimtipp sollte man eigentlich gar nicht weitergeben aber die Vermieterin Angela hat es mehr als verdient. Selten erlebt, dass man für diesen Preis eine Unterkunft bekommt, die rundherum alles bietet, was man für seinen Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen benötigt. Vielen Dank und wir wünschen ihr Gäste, die das auch zu schätzen wissen.
