Private individual rents in Pierre et Vacances residence, an apartment located Plein Sud with a nice view on the mountain.

In the heart of the Paradiski area (425 km of slopes), Le Montsoleil is a 3-star residence, all comfort with elevators, in a peaceful environment located at 2050 m above sea level.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a seating area with 3 beds, a bathroom and separate WC.

A TV in the living room and another in the bedroom, microwave, dishwasher.

You will have a locked ski locker, and can leave from the Ski-in ski-out residence.

At the foot of the residence: a mini-market, restaurants, the ESF, ski lessons,, - ski lift boxes, equipment rental shops.
Behind the residence: the Piou Piou club
50 m away, a laundromat, a swimming pool and a SPA, free shuttles to reach the other villages of La Plagne

Each tenant should remember to bring their own laundry (disposable mattress pads provided)

Location totalement conforme à la description et réellement au pied des pistes. Situation idéale dans la station ... au centre de tout. Appartement confortable, rien ne manque à l'intérieur pour passer un bon séjour. Accueil/remise des clés parfait avec une hôte très accueillante et bienveillante.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement très bien situé

L’appartement est conforme à la description, pas très grand mais très fonctionnel. Bien équipé, (nous avions emmener nos serviettes et draps - 2 petits lits couettes 140 et grand lit couette 220), propre (produits ménagers à disposition), ensoleillé avec une très belle vue. Casier à ski disponible. L’appartement est calme, même en pleine semaine de vacances. L’emplacement de la résidence est idéal. Supermarché, boulangerie et restaurants au bas de l’immeuble, ESF au pied de l’immeuble, pas besoin d’utiliser la voiture. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances!!

Sympa.

Organisation pour obtenir les clés est a revoir. L'appartement nest pas équipée de produit vaisselle/sac poubelles/papiers toilettes, chose qui devrait etre un minimum. Mais L'appartement reste bien située et suffisant pour y dormir.

Accueil rapide, nous avons trouvé l’appartement avec des choses pas hyper clean… vaisselle notamment mal nettoyée, une odeur bizarre.. c’est assez mal isolé au niveau des appartements on entend pas mal les voisins… sinon il est hyper bien situé très pratique à tous les niveaux, pour le ski et le reste!! Bien équipé et fourni sinon…

Quoi qu'il en soit, je suis désolée que vous ayez trouvé de la vaisselle mal lavée. Je conviens que ce n'est pas normal et vous prie de nous en excuser. Nous faisons en sorte d'exiger un parfait nettoyage et jusqu'à présent, nos précédents locataires nous ont toujours assuré que c'était propre. Appartement propre, conforme aux photos postées. Pièce à vivre très agréable avec une jolie vue sur la station. La propriétaire de l’appartement est par ailleurs très sympathique. Nous recommandons.

Sympathique appartement plein sud accessible skis aux pieds

L’appartement est très bien situé et orienté. Il est parfaitement équipé et très agréable. Je conseille cependant pour quatre personnes max. Les formalités d’entrée sortie sont assurées par un concierge avec qui vous prenez rendez-vous quelques jours avant l’arrivée. Très pratique, pas de file d’attente au guichet ! Bon plan sur Plagne Soleil.
