The locations concerned of the Riviera of Emilia Romagna are, starting from the North, the Lido of Volano, the Lido delle Nazioni, Lido of Pomposa and finally the Lido degli Scacchi. Our strength is being located in a strategic area in order to be able to visit the beautiful cities of art like Ferrara, Ravenna, Venice, and then Comacchio, our municipality, and all the Po Delta Park that surrounds us. We help you spend not only a vacation by the sea but we also help you know the beauties that surround our territory.

We decided to rent this property to offer our birthplace, Comacchio and the beach towns of Ferrara, a new kind of service quality that adapts perfectly to the high standards or foreign tourists. This also creates an unique opportunity to show tourists the beauty of the local nature, the Po Delta Park.

One of the most fascinating features is its strategic position: the villa is located just 50 meters from the sea and all the main services, in the central area. The house also has two gardens, the front one where you can use the grill and also have lunch thanks to the garden furniture, and the back that will take you to the condominium pool.
