Villa of 100M2 comprising living room open onto the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, dolce gusto coffee maker, induction hob) 120 cm TV with plus channel / 3 bedrooms, 2 with 140X200 bed and one bedroom with 160X200 bed and tv.
A bathroom with double sink and bath and separate WC.
Cellar with washing machine.
Fully independent studio with a BZ 140X200 and a 160X200 bed (with the possibility of an additional X2 bed in the house or studio) TV, bathroom with shower and sanibroyeur toilet.
Outside: Large garden of 1500 m2 not overlooked with 8X4 swimming pool, bowling pitch, soccer field, children's hut.
