Magnificent "Beach House" 50 meters from the beach of Gravière, dominant view, heated swimming pool. Refined decoration and complete equipment (air conditioning, television, apple TV, home cinema, coffee machine, American fridge ... and even a piano).

Located between lake and sea, in the "flower district", this magnificent villa composed of a living room / kitchen of 70 m2, 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are in a separate bungalow, a terrace overlooking the swimming pool, 2 minutes from the beach on foot and a few minutes by bike from the "central" and the city center, will allow you to live an unforgettable vacation.

Ideal for 12 travelers (2 large families), the house is also equipped with 2 sofa beds.

Fantastic house

This is a fantastic house in a wonderful location. Walking Distance from La Graviere beach which has a nice beach bar and perfect surf Also within walking distance from the lake, and easy cycling distance to the center of Hossegor and other area's. The house itself is lovely. We were two families of four, for which it's perfect, and you can easily fit a few more people in. The elevated balcony gives you a wonderful view over the dunes in the evening. The pool is fantastic. Very quiet neighbourhood, but right in the middle of things. Communication with the owners was perfect, very friendly people. Thanks for everything!

Lovely beach house

Had a great time and everyone we dealt with was really friendly and easy to deal with. Enjoyed the deck, clean pool, piano on the living room. BBQ wasn’t clean enough to use and if there was beach stuff available would have made that a lot more convenient but overall highly recommended.
