"LIKE ON A BOAT" - PALAVAS-LES FLÔTS

Right on the water, our beautiful 60 m2 crossing apartment, completely renovated, is located on the front line. On the first floor of a three-storey residence, it has a large 35 m2 terrace facing south with direct access to the beach thanks to a removable ladder fitted with body guards.
Bathed in light, you will enjoy your stay in a neat and warm atmosphere.
This apartment, ideal for a family with two or three children, consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine and grill -bread.
You will have at your disposal: Salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee sugar and household products.

The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Household linen is provided (Towels, sheets and tea towels).

The bedrooms: the first with a 160 bed and the second with a bunk bed.

The terrace has two deckchairs and a table for 8 people.

A private parking space is available in the residence.

The residence is 10 minutes walk from the center of Palavas, you will enjoy shops, Luna Park, restaurants, swimming pool, mini-golf, various water sports…
You also have local shops: Grocery, bakery, pharmacy, snack bar…

Palavas-Les-Flôts is located 25 minutes from downtown Montpellier and 10 minutes from its airport.

We will be at your disposal for any information during the duration of your vacation. Our English is intermediate.

A deposit of 800 euros will be requested by check and will be returned to you at the end of the stay if the apartment is returned as is.

Minimum stay of one week and two weeks for the period from July 15 to August 15.

For reservations of 15 days, a cleaning will be offered in the middle of the stay (optional).

End of stay cleaning: 60 euros included in the rental price

Parfait

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’appartement de Bertrand! Comme stipulait dans son annonce nous avons eu l’impression d’être dans un bateau! L’accès directe à la plage est un véritable atout dont les enfants ont vraiment pu profiter en toute sécurité! Bertrand est d’une très grande gentillesse et nous le remercions pour les petites attentions pour rendre notre séjour agréable (bouteille de rosé au frais à notre arrivée!) C’est certain nous reviendrons!

Ein Traum

Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Der Gastgeber war beim Check in selber dabei und sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Können es nur empfehlen und würden da auf alle Fälle nochmal hin. Merci beacoup ☀️

Séjour agréable!

L'appartement est superbe! Une terrasse donne directe sur la mer. C'est aussi grand pour les enfants jouent à côté. Le propriétaire est très disponible, communicative et répond aux questions au besoin. Lieu totalement recommandé !
