Logement très agréable et fonctionnel

Maison tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, avec tout le nécessaire à dispo. On est à côté de la plage, il y a des commerces tout proche et le centre ville a 15 min à pied. Idéal pour un séjour avec des enfants !

Nous avons eût un litige pour le nettoyage que nous avons fait. Probablement quelques tâches oubliées, quelques verres laissées (on ne savait pas où les mettre). Laissé un carton de pizzas près du barbecue volontairement pour allume feu. Sous pretexte que le nettoyage a été mal fait, l'hôte nous a débité 95 euros pour le nettoyage. Le délire pour un appartement de 60 m2 et nettoyé. 95 euros c'est 6 à 9 heures de nettoyage (salaire horaire en France 10 à 15 euros). CELA FRISE L'ARNAQUE. Sinon l'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé, bien situé dans un domaine privé et sécurisé. Quelques commerces, restaurant et une plage familiale à 10 mn à pied.S. Nous sommes allés au reveillon équestre au Grau du Roi, et avons residé 3 nuits dans cet appartement très bien situé, propre, bien agencé. Les chambres assez grandes . La propriétaire sympathique est joignable au téléphone. Super séjour entre amis. Je conseille vivement

Es war ein rund um schöner Urlaub. Agathe und ihr Mann haben uns alles zur Wohnung erklärt und die Übergabe war super. Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau der Beschreibung, war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Ort an sich ist sehr belebt, aber sehr schön. Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank für alles Agathe :-)

Belle location pour un séjour au calme et au soleil

Belle location dans résidence fermée, moderne, bien décorée, au calme, bien située au Grau du Roi (tout est faisable à pied sans voiture qui a sa place attitrée) et super bien équipée. Agathe a été aux petits soins, un accueil parfait (possibilité d’entrée et de départ en autonomie). Bref !!! Conquis par cette location et c’est une adresse à ne pas rater…

L’appartement est vraiment très jolie, très propre et bien équipé. Les 3 vrais chambres étaient appréciables pour avoir chacun son espace. Nous étions 5 et avons bcp apprécié notre séjour dans une petite maison pas loin de la plage et du Sea Aquarium, maison très bien équipée, avec 3 vrais chambres, patio très agréable.Seul bémol, 2 des 6 couchages sont en hauteur (lits superposés), pas évident pour séniors ou jeunes enfants. La propriétaire est sympathique et facilement joignable. Je recommande!

Erholsamer Urlaub an der Mittelmeerküste

Die Küste Südfrankreichs ist wunderschön, das Klima war bei einer Tagestemperatur von 30 Grad sehr angenehm am Wasser. Von der Wohnung ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, so dass wir das Auto die ganze Woche stehen lassen konnten. Ein kleiner Carrefour sowie ein hervorragender Gemüse- und Obstmarkt befinden sich in direkter Nähe. Die Küche in der Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse hat man zwar keinen Ausblick, ist dafür aber ganz für sich, da auch niemand Einblick hat. Auch unsere drei Teenager fanden den Aufenthalt sehr entspannend.
