Wunderschöner Urlaub in Le Grau-du-Roi

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber, top gepflegt und genauso wie in der Beschreibung – wenn nicht sogar noch besser. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders genossen haben wir die gemütliche Terrasse und die Nähe zum Strand sowie zu den charmanten Cafés und Restaurants.Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Schon vor unserer Ankunft bekamen wir wertvolle Tipps, die unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht haben.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Toller Urlaub in Le Grau-du-Roi

Wir haben den zehntägigen Urlaub in Le Grau-du-Roi sehr genossen. Auch wegen dem tollen Haus, welches uns als 5-köpfige Familie alles bot, was wir brauchten. Neben dem sehr grosszügigen Platzangebot hat uns auch die ruhige Lage sehr entsprochen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir verlebten eine Woche in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten, komfortablen Haus, das sehr sauber, funktionell und gut ausgestattet ist. Schöne Terrasse mit kleinem Garten. Es liegt nahe des Yachthafens, zu dem sich abendliche Spaziergänge anbieten. Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar. Catherine und Patric sind sehr freundliche, entgegenkommende Gastgeber.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen in Südfrankreich als Familie. Ein wunderschönes Haus was alles an Komfort hergibt, auch eine Grundausstattung vor dem ersten Einkauf mit Kaffee zum Beispiel. Die Anreise sowie die Kommunikation vorab war problemlos und freundlich, wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Einkauf, Pizzeria und Aktivitäten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, zu den Stränden sind es wenige Autominuten. Eine tolle Urlaubsgegend, gerade für Kinder!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le mari de Catherine. La maison est très propre et conforme à la description. Parfaite aussi pour les enfants en bas âge car tout l'équipement est disponible. La climatisation et les moustiquaires sont un plus non négligeable en haute saison! Je recommande.

Alles super!

Sehr gute Lage, insbesondere Supermarkt in Gehentfernung. Strand im Prinzip zu Fuß erreichbar, aber insbesondere der schöne Strand Espiguette besser mit dem Auto. Das Haus war perfekt für uns, alles vorhanden, alles genau wie beschrieben. Sehr gutes WLAN. Praktisch die Garage zum Reinfahren für Be- und Entladen. Für einen Reitausflug durch die Camargue (auch für Anfänger) mehrere Reitställe in Gehentfernung, ein dortiges Schild ist zutreffend: "Dienstplan Schnaken: 6Uhr bis 18 Uhr und 18Uhr bis 6Uhr" Insofern ist es gut, dass das Haus sehr gut mit Fliegengittern an den Fenstern ausgestattet ist! Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Aigues mortes (auch La Marette - Maison du Grand Site de France neben den üblichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu empfehlen), Nimes, Montpellier und Pont du Gard, auch Uzes sehr, sehr zu empfehlen! Winziges Manko: die benachbarten Camping/Urlaubsanlagen haben lautstarke Animation bis 1Uhr nachts. Allerdings sind die Fenster des Hauses gut. Geschlossen bleibt der Lärm draußen. Klimaanlage (im OG) funktioniert gut. Stromabrechnung problemlos für 11 Tage hatten wir als 5köpfige Familie €22 zu zahlen. Insgesamt Haus und Ort sehr zu empfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut gelegen in einem Wohngebiet. In der Nähe sind ein U-Supermarkt und bis zum Hafen ist es nicht weit. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, aber wir haben zum ersten Mal erlebt, dass trotz des recht hohen Mietpreises vor der Abreise noch Stromgeld bezahlt werden mußte.

Merci Roman pour ce retour. Lors de votre arrivée vous n'aviez pas pris connaissance du règlement Abritel qui stipule que les paiements ne sont font pas en direct avec le propriétaire mais via la plateforme. Votre épouse a insisté pour que nous prenions le liquide correspondant au solde malgré mon refus de le faire, n'ayant jamais procédé de la sorte avec la plateforme. Après avoir appelé le jour même le service propriétaire d'Abritel il m'a bien été confirmé que le solde devait être réglé à votre arrivée par virement bancaire, Je suis revenue le jour même vous restituer votre argent. Cet incident de communication a très vite été résolu. En ce qui concerne l'électricité il semblerait qu'il s'agisse également d'un défaut de communication et d'informations qui n'ont pas été prises en compte . Vous n'avez probablement pas pris connaissance du descriptif de la Villa qui stipule que la consommation d'électricité fait l'objet d'un règlement individuel via un compteur qui est relevé à l'arrivée et au départ des locataires. Vous vous êtes en effet acquitté d'une somme de 16 Euros qui correspondait à votre consommation individuelle pendant 1 semaine. La communication et les informations vous ont bien été communiquées en amont. Je retiens avec satisfaction le plaisir dont vous nous avez fait part à la fin de votre séjour et vous invite à prendre connaissance des descriptifs et règlements intérieurs à l'occasion de vos prochains déplacements. Pas de surprise ni de perte de temps inutiles. Je vous souhaite une bonne continuation et plein de beaux voyages. Catherine

Excellent place to stay

The house is lovely , in a quiet road with great off road parking. Communication with Catherine was very good and we were allowed access earlier than the specified time. We were shown around and everything explained, although we had not realised we would have to pay for the electricity used until that point. Without using the air con it cost us 14 Euros for 14 days. The house was exactly as shown, plenty of room and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the utility room was useful. The bathroom is big with 2 sinks, large shower cubicle and big corner bath, great for soaking tired legs after a long day. The WiFi worked fine and was 8.05 Mbps download and 4.25 Mbps upload. We loved the integral garage that had doors leading into the house. It made moving things from car to house simple and safe. The garden was a good size, with plenty of privacy despite the buildings behind and both sun and shade depending on your requirement. There is a Super U supermarket and small shops and McDonald’s a 5 minute walk away. The beach at L’espiguette is a short drive or cycle ride on the cycle path. There is a marina nearby with various restaurants and you can do a good walk along the waterside into Le Grau du Roi. We would not hesitate to return to this excellent accommodation.

Magnifique villa !

Super villa au calme avec un voisinage très respectueux , nous avons passe un magnifique séjour je recommande fortement ! Proche de pas mal d’activités et a 15 min a pied de la mer environ ! Les propriétaire sont super gentil et a l’écoute .

Séjour fantastique

Les propriétaires sont très acceuillants, la maison est très agréable et propre, tout confort, bien située, un jardin assez grand avec une grande terrasse partiellement couverte. Grande recommandation pour cette location !

Heerlijk verblijf in le Grau du Roi.

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door Catharina en Patrick SImon. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt dichtbij het centrum van le Grau du Roi. Een wandeling van 3 km langs het strand brengt je zo in het dorp. Ook de omgeving is fantastisch. Catharina en Patrick hartelijk dank voor dit zeer fijne verblijf.

NOTRE MEILLEUR CHOIX !

Nous sommes de fidèles hôtes de la villa ESPIGUETTE depuis 5 saisons. La maison, récente, spacieuse, bien équipée et très bien entretenue, est implantée dans un quartier résidentiel agréable, également à quelques minutes de tous les commerces utiles. Ses caractéristiques sont fidèles à l'annonce au point qu'elle est pour nous (loueurs exigeants) un peu plus qu'un lieu de vacances. Il fait bon s'y retrouver quelle que soit l'activité de la journée, plage ou échappée touristique. Les propriétaires, confiants, sont très accueillants.

Mw. Catharina Simon is zeer betrouwbaar !

In verband met persoonlijke omstandigheden waren wij niet in de gelegenheid om naar le Grau du Roi te komen. Wij moesten op zeer korte termijn annuleren. Mw. Catharina Simon heeft de huursom ( - de aanbetaling) weer vlot terugbetaald. Dit is zeer te waarderen! Van ons krijgt zij een dikke pluim. Wij zullen zeker in de toekomst de villa in gedachten houden en alsnog afreizen naar le Grau du Roi. Dit stadje is zeker een bezoek waard en ook de omgeving, maar is ook een zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor de vele prachtige mooie dingen die te zien zijn in de Provence.
