Exceptional location on the main seafront avenue on the first line, facing the beach, 5 minutes' walk from the heart of the village and 50m from the Thalassotherapy Center.
Its level of comfort will allow you to feel at home ... Its decoration will immerse you directly in the natural atmosphere of the Camargue.
You can take your meals on its large 30m2 terrace with a panoramic view of the sea. In the shade and sheltered from the wind or enjoying the benefits of the sun.

- On the 1st floor: Fitted kitchen open to dining room and living room equipped with a sofa, all opening onto a 30m2 SEA VIEW Terrace. Lounge for terrace (table 6 or 8 covers with extension, 8 chairs).
- On the Ground Floor: 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with 2 double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. A relaxation, reading or games area .... 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet.
IDEAL LOCATION:
- The nearest beach is located less than 20m away.
- Paid parking at the foot of the villa, another free at 50m
- Heart of the village of Saintes Maries de la Mer: 250 meters. Close enough to be there in 5 minutes on foot, far enough away not to be bothered by the music of the restaurants.
- Supermarket / Shops: 150m
- Other shops / Tobacco / press: 300 m.
- Restaurants: 20 meters
- Bus stop: 200 meters
PRICE: The weekly price depends on the rental period. In high season (July / August), stays are from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of 7 nights.
For other periods, the day of arrival / departure is flexible with a minimum of 3/4 nights (for stays of less than a week, an increase of 10% is applied).
Arrival: between 11.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. (unless agreed when booking).
Departure: before 12 noon
