Following discontinuance promotion on the week of July 27 to August 2: 1000 euros instead of 1250 euros
Carnon is villa any comfort (air conditioning very useful the summer!, television, DVD player, vacuum cleaner etc ...) at 120 meters from the beach.
Villa of 100 m2, newly renovated, double glazing and air conditioning, with courtyard of 100 m2. All rooms are air-conditioned and the temperature can be adjusted independently in each room.
Villa sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a bed of 2 people and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Nice living room with sofa 3 seater leather, and 2 matching chairs.
Kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker hood, coffee maker ...
Yard with awning for dining in the shade, outdoor table and 6 chairs, barbecue.

Rates 2018-2019:

From early October to late May: 500 € the week.
June: 700 € the week.
July - August: 1250 € the week.
September: 700 € the week.
Starting from October monthly rental possible (at 1100 euros per month from two months Reserved electricity extra).

Maison agréable et proche de la mer !

La maison est grande avec tout le confort moderne, la cours extérieure est très appréciable. Nous recommandons cette location et nous n'hésiterons pas à la relouer. Au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine, il manque juste un couteau économe et un couteau à huître !

Très bien conçue pour 6 personnes il y a de la place ça c'est top ... Petit détail, il manque un grand saladier, une petite cuvette pour petite lessive, mais dans l'ensemble c'et très bien. Il y a de quoi faire pas mal de ballades aux alentours. La clim est la bienvenue quand le thermomètre monte à 41 degrés…...
