Exceptional panoramic sea view. Beach very little frequented of fine sand at the foot of the villa. (The owner resides in the year on the ground floor). The apartment was built in 2012: Epeda bedding, Siemens appliance, nespresso coffee machine, wifi ... parking spaces, bicycle garage or stroller if necessary. 3 "SUP paddle" are gracefully available.

Vue et tranquillité

Superbe appartement climatisé avec une très grande terrasse qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour (vue sur la plage, tranquillité, ...) La mise à disposition de jeux d'enfants et paddles a ravi petits et grands. Un grand merci pour l'accueil simple et chaleureux.

Great apartment - one of the best we ever had!

We stayed at the apartment for two weeks and we very much enjoyed it: directly located at the beach, very clean and well equipped and very friendly hosts. It was one of the best and nicest apartments we ever had and we can definitely recommend it.

Appartement sur la plage

L'appartement est grand et très lumineux avec une vue fantastique sur la mer. L'appartement est bien meublé et tout est disponible dans la cuisine. Il est accessible séparément par un escalier extérieur et dispose également de la climatisation. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et toujours accessibles. Nous reviendrions ici en vacances. Merveilleux Séjour !

Merci pour ce très agréable séjour en famille ! L'appartement est très agréable, parfaitement équipé et moderne. La terrasse est magnifique et spacieuse donnant directement sur la plage avec une vue mer superbe. L'accueil de Mme Pagés et de son fils est chaleureux et nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur gentillesse . Nous recommandons vivement !

Appartement très bien équipé, tout est de qualité, la literie est excellente, la clim dans toutes les pièces, deux places de parking, très calme Le photos sur le site reflète l'exacte réalité et surtout pour la terrasse qui est le plus cet appartement du 2ème et dernier étage sur la plage, Parfait pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants

Dear family Pages, Dear Bruno, Thank you for wonderful days in a wonderful apartment. Top quality accommodation, amazing view (you live more or less at the beach), a lot of additional services (e.g. free and flexible use of SUPs), close to the airport of Montpellier, which by the way is a fantastic city with a very special, warm atmosphere. ça fait 4 ans qu'on viens chez la villa Amelie et on est toujours content on a 3 enfants et on viens depuis 4 ans ils sont tres contents on adore l'endroit et c'est toujours propre, et la propriétaire tres gentille le Royers

Beautiful location for our holiday

This is a wonderful location for a holiday in the south of France. The apartment has everything you need, with the highlight being the proximity to and view of the sea. It is very well presented and very clean. It is a 5 minute walk for the morning bread and pastries, and a huge Carrefour can be found 10 minutes drive away. Montpellier is very close for all the buzz of a large town, and we travelled easily to visit the amazing Millau viaduct, water jousting in Sete, Carcassonne and Marseille. All in all we had a blissful two weeks, combining sightseeing with the ultimate beach location. We would recommend it 100% to others.

Perfect

Stunning

I am quite apprehensive of writing this. So superlative are my views on the apartment that if I read someone else review with what i wish to say, I would disbelieve it and assume it had been written by the owners. I spend months researching our annual holiday home and even in the nicest environment I am always slightly disappointed. With this apartment I felt nothing but (a quite revolting) self satisfaction at being lucky enough to have located it! I hope to go on many more holidays in France & as long at this is available I will never again be looking elsewhere.

Enchantés

Bonjour, Nous avons énormément apprécié la vue depuis l'appart, le fait d'être les pieds dans l'eau pour les enfants, la terrasse, l'espace dans le logement et son standing. Seul petit bémol:la propreté à notre arrivée n'était pas parfaite (cheveux dans les tiroirs à la salle de bain, recoins de la salle de bain et douche bouchée)et travaux bruyants dans la maison d'à côté... Mais nous serions prêts à revenir! Le contact avec votre maman était très appréciable. Merci. Meilleures salutations. N.Weiss
