Rare: in villa directly on the beach, apartment of 80m2 on the 2nd and last floor, 5 places, all comfort, directly on the beach, large panoramic terrace shaded of 40m2. Exceptional panoramic sea view. Beach very little frequented of fine sand at the foot of the villa. (The owner resides in the year on the ground floor). The apartment was built in 2012: Epeda bedding, Siemens appliance, nespresso coffee machine, wifi ... parking spaces, bicycle garage or stroller if necessary. 3 "SUP paddle" are gracefully available.

Great apartment - one of the best we ever had!

We stayed at the apartment for two weeks and we very much enjoyed it: directly located at the beach, very clean and well equipped and very friendly hosts. It was one of the best and nicest apartments we ever had and we can definitely recommend it.

The view was spectacular! The kitchen was super-well equipped and spacious - a gathering place for cooking and visiting.Amazing access to the beach below with a cleansing shower at entry gate for removing sand and salt after swimming in the ocean.For the three days that our family joined my husband and me, the setting and the space were most enjoyable!

Dear family Pages, Dear Bruno, Thank you for wonderful days in a wonderful apartment. Top quality accommodation, amazing view (you live more or less at the beach), a lot of additional services (e.g. free and flexible use of SUPs), close to the airport of Montpellier, which by the way is a fantastic city with a very special, warm atmosphere. Superbe appartement de vacances dans un excellent emplacement

En 2023, nous avons passé 6 jours dans l'appartement et nous avons été très satisfaits. Cette année, nous y avons pris 14 jours de vacances et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. L'appartement est très propre et a un bon équipement, exactement comme décrit dans l'annce. L'emplacement directement sur la plage est excellent et on nous a souvent demandé si tout allait bien ou si nous avons besoin de quelque chose.Merci beaucoup pour ce très bon séjour et meilleures salutations d'Allemagne.

Vue et tranquillité

Superbe appartement climatisé avec une très grande terrasse qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour (vue sur la plage, tranquillité, ...) La mise à disposition de jeux d'enfants et paddles a ravi petits et grands. Un grand merci pour l'accueil simple et chaleureux.

Appartement sur la plage

L'appartement est grand et très lumineux avec une vue fantastique sur la mer. L'appartement est bien meublé et tout est disponible dans la cuisine. Il est accessible séparément par un escalier extérieur et dispose également de la climatisation. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et toujours accessibles. Nous reviendrions ici en vacances. Merci pour ce très agréable séjour en famille ! L'appartement est très agréable, parfaitement équipé et moderne. La terrasse est magnifique et spacieuse donnant directement sur la plage avec une vue mer superbe. Beautiful location for our holiday

This is a wonderful location for a holiday in the south of France. The apartment has everything you need, with the highlight being the proximity to and view of the sea. It is very well presented and very clean. It is a 5 minute walk for the morning bread and pastries, and a huge Carrefour can be found 10 minutes drive away. Montpellier is very close for all the buzz of a large town, and we travelled easily to visit the amazing Millau viaduct, water jousting in Sete, Carcassonne and Marseille. All in all we had a blissful two weeks, combining sightseeing with the ultimate beach location. We would recommend it 100% to others.

Perfect

Our second three week holiday in twelve months. I can't think of anything that can speak louder on my feelings for this property. The best views the nicest hosts. It's as good as it looks.
