About this property

We can't wait to host y'all in our newly remodeled lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and is perfect for a family vacation or group getaway. There is plenty to do in the house - 65' tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wiiU. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door. The property has the perfect location - right on the water, next to a boat launch and Livingston is only a 10 minute drive away.

Nice!

Beautiful views from the canal and lake. Enjoyed the deck, nice couch and the 65" TV was great - house all everything you'll need for your stay. Be sure and hit "LeBlancs Cajun Kitchen" while there! Loved it.

Good Property but Cleanliness Lacked

Found hook in kids bed upstairs. Saw three different roaches (two big tree roaches and one small). Trash found under every bed. Water was super low due to the drought so only one spot to fish and couldn’t drive a boat up to the property, not owners fault by any means.

Great for families

Perfect getaway for families with kids. Besides all of the lake fun - swimming and fishing- the game room was a big hit with the 12 and 7 year olds Nice view of the lake from the house. Kitchen stocked with essentials. We want to come back again !
