Condo in a Picturesque, Relaxing Gated Property in Negril
Get away from the bustle of Montego Bay and Ohio come and stay at a picturesque, relaxing gated property in Negril where families, couples and singles are welcome. You won't want to leave after your first visit.
It features three unique rock pools, a family beach and a private beach.
Spend your time snorkelling, seeing the wonderful species of marine life, exploring the interesting grottoes near the rock pools, relaxing by the beach or the swimming pool and Jacuzzi as well as the option of playing tennis or Jogging along the Jogging Path.
The condo comes equipped with a queen size bed a 3-piece suite in the lounge/dining area and a dining table that seats 4. A fridge freezer, Cable TV and unlimited WIFI, Air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Kitchen - self-catering - comes with electric cooker/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a coffee blender, cutlery and utensils.
24 hours security on site no uninvited guest is allowed on the property which is located between the new Royalton and Hedonism
Restaurants - many along the Norman Manley Blvd and the West End of Negril, some more rustic but serving delicious food either breakfast, lunch, or dinner at reasonable cost. Some offer a free shuttle service to and from their restaurant.
Supermarkets - 10 minutes taxi ride into town. There is also the local Petcom station and local craft market for souvenirs and local food.
Duty-free stores, ATM, Margaritaville restaurant and public beach on Norman Manley BLVD.
Entertainment - Dance clubs, live beach entertainments and other nightlife or events during Spring Breaks, Dream Weekends and Jamaica Independence and other Bank holidays along Norman Manley BLVD or the West End
For the whole family there is Cool Runnings Water Park, which is the largest water park in Jamaica, it is located 5 minutes away via taxi along the Norman Manley BLVD.
Taxis are available just outside the Point, travel into town is roughly 10-15 US return, they will take you anywhere you wish and wait, longer journey you need to negotiate the price.
Tours can also be arranged through local trusted drivers.
Housekeeping is available at an additional cost.
