Mariner's Point 3 BR 2 BA condo on 3rd TOP floor (behind Lost Treasure Putt Putt) in Salter Path, NC (5 minute drive to Atlantic Beach and to Emerald Isle) with amazing view of sound. Complex has pool, grilling areas, tennis court with pickleball nets and public beach access is directly across street. No elevator but view is worth the 3 flights! 2 KING bedrooms and 3rd BR has accordion doors with trundle bed. Kitchen and back BR freshly painted and updated. Kitchen freshly painted with granite. There is bar seating with 3 bar stools.
Balcony has table for 4 and 2 additional tall chairs for 6 to sit.
There is a table with a chair for working in the main room and also in the master bedroom. The chair is in the closet.

We have owned this place for 25 years and decided to rent it a few years ago when we could not use it as much The complex was built in the 80's but when a hurricane came through in 2018, we updated the back bedroom/bathroom as well as the kitchen. New ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Fresh paint in the back bedroom, living room and kitchen. New couch and refrigerator in 2024 Beverage refrigerator and bar area is a nice touch to reduce foot traffic in the kitchen!
Why they chose this property
This unique property is soundfront in a marina setting. Unfortunately guests can't bring boats on site because of insurance but it's a beautiful setting and kayaks are welcomed! We are directly across from ocean access and for the little ones, you can walk to the putt putt and go carts in our backyard! We have a pool and great pier for fishing. There is one tennis court with 2 pickleball nets and lines on the court. Grilling areas and the most friendly people you will ever meet!
What makes this property unique
Mariner's Point is a small complex (51 units) with a family atmosphere. Everyone knows everyone and renters are always welcomed with a smile!
