This cute coastal unit is ready for you to enjoy the best of both worlds - the sound and the ocean. Fishing and walks on the beach are always rewarding not to mention the sunrises and the sunsets. The ocean is right across the street with easy access. Bring your fishing gear, beach attire and toothbrush since everything else you need is provided for your or can be purchased less than half a mile away at the shopping center. Walk to restaurants, movies, and shopping.

Cute, clean & comfortable second floor condo, with access to a delightful beach, only a 3 minute walk away, right across the street via an easy public access. Complex includes a pool, outdoor grills, space for kids to run around, and free parking. Walking distance to a couple restaurants/shops and close to all Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Morehead City, and Beaufort have to offer. Come enjoy your stay at the Southern Outer Banks!

Well appointed kitchen and a full bath with an oversized tub for a nice soak after a long day. Very comfortable queen-size bed, plus a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. While it can accommodate up to four people, the condo may be a bit tight for four adults. A maximum of three adults is recommended. Two adults with two children is also OK for this space. Coffee, teas, linens, towels, and beach towels provided for your convenience.

You can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast!

You'll have full private access to the entire studio condo, along with shared community amenities, such as the pool, the yards, the walk-to beach, gazebo, picnic tables, deck, and a great community on the island!

Note: We welcome nice, responsible humans of all races, ethnicities, origins, genders, orientations, and religions!

ATTENTION BOATERS: All of the boat parking spaces and dock spaces are reserved. There are no available boat spaces at this time. If you wish to bring a boat, please contact me. I live locally and can allow you to park you boat at my place, space permitting.

Perfect for a short stay! Beach access was easy and very close, nice pool. Unit was really quiet and clean but it is small. Bed on the firm side. Saw lots of dolphins!!

Great place

Perfect spot to rest your head. Bed was comfy and room was efficient and well stocked. Really appreciated the convenient location. Sitting out by the water was especially wonderful.

Amazing beach getaway

Such a cute and cozy condo that’s right next to the beach, which is very convenient, especially for wanting to watch the sunset in sunrise. Lots of amazing stores, restaurants, and things to do like mini golf and go cart racing. Grocery store right down the street as well as amazing shops for souvenirs. Lovely people. Overall had an amazing stay here and would come back again!

Cute Condo

Cute, clean, convenient to beach. Tiny, but fine for a short trip for my mom and I. Easy walk to the beach, nice pool, the sound is right around the corner and is great for viewing sunsets. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Atlantic Beach is beautiful! Great communication with owners.

Perfect location!

Well done room in an older motel, cozy and perfect for a long weekend getaway. The unit is on the far side so you’re in between the sound and the ocean. Perfect for waking up by the sound and closing out the day on the beach (which really is only a 3 minute walk away with super easy beach access). Within a short drive to Emerald Isle, the aquarium, Fort Macon, Beaufort, and even the ferry to see Shackleford ponies! We stayed in early May before it gets too busy and it was super relaxing. Also, the water temp and shower pressure was amazing after a long day playing and being on the beach. Host was great and accessible. Will absolutely stay here again.

Anniversary getaway

This condo is fabulous! Bouge Shores is our favorite place in Atlantic Beach. We have stayed in numerous different condos at this facility. This is by far the most up to date and cleanest. We will book here again! My husband and I ate out most of our stay, but I love the full size stove this condo has. This will be great when we come with the kids. Many of the condos there only have stove tops and toaster ovens. My favorite feature is the soaking bathtub! Book this! You will NOT regret it!

Bogue Shores always great

We have been coming to Bogue Shores for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend for the last couple of years. Love it every time we go. This unit was exactly what we needed. At first I was disappointed in the location of our room in particular, but realized later that it was the best side of the whole complex. Quiet, away from noises (pool and street), and parking was not an issue on that side either. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have stayed in a unit owned by the same person and she has been fantastic with communication and flexibility. We really appreciate her attentiveness. Thank you for a great stay for me and my kids.

Excellent location - Close to the Beach

This was an ideal property for two people. The unit has everything you need. It is recently updated with beautiful finishes in kitchen and bathroom. Excellent communication with the property owner made check in and check out very easy. Beach access is directly across the street. The ocean is beautiful and there were many shells on the beach. Would highly recomment this property.
