Vue magnifique

Apparemment propre, mais datĂ©.SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able avec un temps exceptionnel et estival. Beaucoup de possibilitĂ©s de visites aux alentours. Une mĂ©tĂ©o exceptionnelle Ă  participer Ă  la rĂ©ussite de nos vacances. Petit bĂ©mol 5Ăšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur mais c’était prĂ©cisĂ© dans l’annonce.

Atemberaubende Aussicht

Das Appartement war wie beschrieben sehr gut gelegen und hatte eine wundervolle Aussicht. Es war sauber, auch wenn einige „Ecken“ eine Renovierung vertragen könnten. Rundum tolle Ausstattung im KĂŒchen Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour grùce à la position centrale de la résidence et la vue imprenable sur la baie de Carnac. Dommage que nous ayons découvert le nombre de marches à gravir avec les valises une fois sur place.

TrĂšs sale !

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçu de l’état de propretĂ© et de vĂ©tustĂ© de l’appartement. Allergique Ă  la poussiĂšre, nous avons vĂ©cu l’enfer. La vue est imprenable certes, mais c’est le seul point positif de l’appartement. Les condiments Ă©taient vide, un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour 4 jours Ă  4 personnes, pas de sac poubelle ... La saletĂ© reste le point le plus compliquĂ©, les joints moisis de la douche en tĂ©moignent, les taches non identifiĂ©es sur les alaises des lits, et des mouchoirs et autres chaussettes ensanglantĂ© retrouvĂ© sous les lits, Ă  peine un mot d’excuse de la propriĂ©taire qui insistera fortement sur le mĂ©nage malgrĂ© tout Ă  notre dĂ©part. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas.

Propriétaire ou gestionnaire e rantipathique

La veille de l’arrivĂ©e toujours aucune instruction. J’envoie un sms pour avoir des infos, rĂ©ponse de la propriĂ©taire ou gestionnaire : « normalement je serai lĂ  » !!! Super !! Le lundi elle se dĂ©cide Ă  envoyer les instructions car Ă©videmment elle ne sera pas prĂ©sente. Le vendredi soir elle nous rappelle par sms toujours qu’il faut faire le mĂ©nage et la prĂ©venir de notre dĂ©part. Nous dĂ©couvrons le samedi matin par hasard qu’il y avait une clĂ© pour le local Ă  poubelle. Nous lui envoyons un sms Ă  11h15 pour lui dire que nous partons, car cette personne qui vit Ă  Carnac ne se dĂ©place pas non plus le samedi matin. Pas de rĂ©ponse. Et Ă  13h15, je dĂ©couvre dans ma boĂźte mail qu’elle nous rĂ©clame une pĂ©nalitĂ© de 80€ parce que l’appartement serait trĂšs sale !! Quel foutage de gueule !! Quel mĂ©pris et quel manque de respect. Tout ça sans nous avoir envoyĂ© un seul mot depuis notre message de dĂ©part. Et tout ça alors que c’est faux ! Nous avons rendu cet appartement propre !! Scandaleux. Ce n’est pas un comportement tolĂ©rable. Qu’elle change de mĂ©tier ou qu’elle dĂ©lĂ©gue. Nous lui avons laissĂ© un message vocal samedi vers 14h pour qu’elle nous rappelle et nous explique, 24h aprĂšs toujours pas de nouvelles. Quel courage !! Sinon l’appartement est moyen mais dispose d’une trĂšs belle vue.

Idéalement situé et une vue à couper le souffle: le mer sous nous yeux, rien que pour nous. Le logement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Cuisine et salle de bain pas moderne mais trÚs propres. Seul point à ne pas négliger: 5Úme étage sans ascenseur. Merci

Gute Unterkunft mit schlechter Kommunikation

WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes waren wir allgemein zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Bei der Abreise allerdings wollte ich per SMS mit der Vermieterin kommunizieren, um festzulegen, wo die SchlĂŒssel zu platzieren sind. Daraufhin kam aber keine RĂŒckmeldung, wir sind dann einfach abgereist, was wohl in Ordnung war. Nach der Abreise fiel mir auf, dass ich meine elektrische ZahnbĂŒrste vergessen hatte. Auf die Anfrage hin ob ein Versand dieser bei Übernahme der Kosten möglich wĂ€re, kam wiederum keine Antwort. Sehr schade.

Vue Ă©poustouflante !

Nous avons surtout apprécié cet appartement pour son emplacement idéal et sa vue à couper le souffle ! Les équipements sont un peu vétustes mais pour un séjour court, ça ne nous a pas posé de problÚmes. 5Úme étage sans ascenseur ; il vaut mieux avoir de bons mollets ;-) Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
