The holiday home is located in the countryside on a family estate. It is on the banks of the Canal du Midi. This holiday home is the only one in a farmhouse within a stable of owners of around thirty sport horses.
It is equipped with air conditioning in the living room of 35m2.
You benefit from a free Wi-Fi connection.
The living room has a flat screen TV with a large sofa and armchair. The dining area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. Electric hotplates, large built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, ventilated fridge-freezer.
Upstairs two bedrooms, one with a large 160 bed and the other 2 single beds.
The bathroom with large shower and sink is equipped with a washing machine.
Outside a private terrace and two parking spaces are reserved for you.
5 minutes from the domain, in Bram, a beautiful wooded lake with nautical ski lift will allow you to spend a pleasant moment with your feet in the water in the middle of the Cathar lands.
Located 15km west of Carcassonne, you can enjoy beautiful walks in its medieval city and browse the surroundings rich in tourist places: Cathar castles, abbeys, caves, chasms ..... but also the very beautiful landscapes and lakes of the Black Mountain.
You will of course be ideally situated for visiting the surrounding countryside at a leisurely pace with the carriage of the Calèches d'Oc with the Comtoises Vanille and Océane.

Please note: in high season, arrival and departure are compulsory on Saturdays.

Upon arrival, a deposit check of € 600 will be required. Uncashed, it will be returned to you on your departure if no damage is noted.
