Incredible trip to Roatan

4 of us stayed at the South House for a week. It was a great location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants/dives shops of West End. The house was in very good condition, very clean, and a great layout. The pool and outdoor space is perfect. We will be back. Do yourself a favor, if you stay here, have Ms Loretta come and cook for you at the home.

Beautiful location and fantastic house

Our family of four loved the location. Beautiful view either from the living room or out on the patio. Large bedrooms all with their own bathrooms/showers. Great restaurants and dive shops all within short walking distance. There was a problem with the refrigerator but Matt immediately took care of it. Matt even brought us drinking water at 10:30pm as soon as we realized that it wasn’t available due to the refrigerator issue. Matt was a great resource throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Roatan.

Excellent property in great location. The property was nicer than the listing description. The property location is perfect if you want to walk to town for restaurants, activities and action, but far enough away for quiet and privacy. Perfect space for family and close friends to stay.

Loved our stay - such a beautiful property and location. Pool is gorgeous ... perfect location... very quiet. Many amenities - not excluding the incredibly friendly daily staff. As with all reviews - will leave feedback. - Ceiling fans are wired backwards - (Level 3 should be highest - not lowest) - Always would love to have shampoo and body gel as it would save a trip to the grocery store... when all you want to do is arrive and decompress after a long travel.

Amazingly Beautiful

Vivaro South house was amazing. We had no issues at all. Preference wise, pool was too cold for me, but it doesn't get much sun. My husband was in it every day and loved it!! The view was beautiful. House was super clean and kitchen was more than stocked for everything we needed when cooking. Our bed was super comfy. We really have no complaints at all. It was a nice short walk to all the shopping, bars & restaurants. We will be back, for sure.

Fantastic!

This property is amazing! and very flexible depending on the size of your group. Easy to work with owner and staff. Beautiful sunsets. Great pool. The house is clean and very well appointed. We walked into West End every day for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks. Had a meal prepared in the house by Loretta-wonderful! Chartered Captain R - Reagon (Loretta’s son) for a day of water touring, snorkeling, and fishing. He’s really good and very flexible with what you want to do.

Vivaro never fails to please, but West End South house is our favorite!

We have stayed at the Vivaro beach house and LOVED it, but the West End South house is our new favorite! The house is perfectly set up for a great vacation stay- especially with 3 king bedrooms- each with its own private bath. The infinity pool overlooking the iron shore was our favorite place to start and end each day. With multiple dive spots in view- it's fun to watch the boats come & go. West End is an easy walk away- great restaurants, water taxis & shops. Vivaro's owners make sure you are picked up at the airport (you will want to use Marty to get anywhere you don't want to walk). The property manager Matt will walk you thru the house & show you around. Don't hesitate! This is where you want to stay!

Amazing Trip!

I would recommend everyone stay here at Vivaro! It is quiet and peaceful right on the water. It is walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shopping in West End. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you will need for preparing meals. Matt the manager went above and beyond to arrange a last minute trip to the mangroves for us and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Marty Max and Roland were our drivers through our stay and they were both wonderful. The house kitty, Cava, made us feel even more at home. She is super sweet and funny. Loves lots of love and food. If you’re looking for a beautiful home, amazing private pool right on the water but close enough to West End this is the place to stay. We will for sure be back!

FABULOUS!

First, the people…we had excellent communication with Tanya the owner. She answered all our questions before booking. There are a few things to know…like you pay for electricity at the end of your stay but she was up front. I always like to know what I’m getting into beforehand. HUGE shout out to Matt, the on-sight manager who greeted us, showed us the house, offered recommendations, and was available if we needed anything. Super fast response via WhatsApp. Nothing but respect and gratitude for the crew that cleaned and kept the property looking amazing…Deysi, Mary, Gerson, and Dago. I actually didn’t realize we would be getting these services since we normally rent a VRBO. So the daily garbage removal etc was a pleasant surprise. And Matt communicated with me before they showed up. Like I said, the communication and people were amazing…we felt taken care of! And last but not least…Marty and Rolan (our drivers) and Loretta (aka: Chef Blackie)…were definitely a highlight! We are used to renting a car but getting a ride to and from the airport and some sight seeing was the best! You truly don’t need to rent a car (it’s a short and safe walk to town). We took the advice to have Loretta come cook for us at the house and let me say I will be dreaming about the coconut shrimp and key lime pie for a long time! She is a gem, delightful and full of joy…as is her food! Second, the house/property…exceeded our expectations. Spacious, super clean, loved the high ceilings and gorgeous windows. Location is excellent…quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk to town. We ate outside, used the infinity pool and just enjoyed the views and the sound of the ocean. Kitchen is equipped and spacious. Our adult kids had their own space…big bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It was just perfect. And finally, a few extra thoughts. Bring cash (there is a safe at the house) or have Zelle/PayPal. The places that do take credit card may charge fees as high as 19%…we didn’t run out of cash but I came home with only $30 left! We came for the diving which was excellent!! We had done some research and called around and there are plenty of dive shops but we went with Sun Divers (per Matt’s recommendation) and couldn’t be happier. The people are lovely and it’s a five minute walk from the house. Loved it. Put the bug spray on…just do it. Be sure and eat some baleadas. And eat at Loretta’s…get the coconut shrimp and anything lobster!

Gorgeous property in a fantastic location!!!

The views from the moment you step foot in the house are fantastic. We loved hanging in the pool feet from the Caribbean Sea and watching the sunset. The bed was super comfortable and the owner and manger were very helpful and made sure we had a fantastic trip. The location is very private and tranquil yet only a few minute walk from the beach in Half Moon Bay. We will be back!!!
