Studio located in the centre of the St Jean d'Aulps ski resort with a clear view of the Aulps valley. Located 50 metres from the ski lifts, ESF and shops.

Functional, well-equipped apartment.

Access to the heated indoor pool allows you a great moment of relaxation after your day of skiing or hiking!



The studio is composed as follows:



- 1 Entrance hall with a wardrobe and a mountain corner: 2 bunk beds (90x190 cm)

- 1 Bathroom of 3.66 m² with shower, washbasin and WC

- 1 Windowless room of 4m² closed with 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm). No window.

- 1 Living area (North facing, valley view) including:

A sofa bed (140x190) 1 window

A TV

A kitchen area, filter coffee maker

A dining space

A French window giving access to a balcony with a view of the mountain and valley (north facing)

Appart suffisant pour les vacances, parking un peu galère. Et la piscine, il y avait une odeur importante de chlore. Mais tout le reste, rien à dire. On est satisfait.

Literie très agréable, endroit plutôt spacieux pour 30 m2 une très belle vue. L 'équipe alpes location à l écoute, agréable, souriante et professionnel. Il serait bien de changer la grille pain qui coince, la passoir qui est trouer. Voisinage qui devrais faire plus attention avec leur animaux pour éviter de déranger le Voisinage qui sont là pour profiter.

l'appartement est très bien équipé, joli, le plus est la piscine, l'immeuble est propre. proximité des commerces et des pistes. la vue est agréable. un parking un peu plus grand, mais surtout des casiers chauffés pour les chaussures de ski serait un grand plus.

Assez grand pour 4 personnes, pas plus. Le petit plus, l'accès à la piscine La chambre mériterait une petite fenêtre intérieure, pour se sentir moins enfermé. La piscine à besoin de plus d'entretien, ce qui éviterait la dose de chlore trop élevée...
