In a green, wooded setting, located between Geneva, ANNECY and Aix-les-Bains, very comfortable home offering on the ground floor a living room in open space of 150 m2 (kitchen-living-room-dining-office ) overlooking the terrace and courtyard as well as a floor comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room. A converted barn (available only in summer) of 150m2 completes the services. All shops nearby (10 minutes).
