Fantastic stay in a perfect location. The apartment is clean and well equipped, the views are beautiful, and Pilar was very friendly. We look forward to coming again one day!

Wonderful stay.

On arrival we were given a very warm welcome by Pilar and her husband who showed us around the beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment which is very well equipped with plenty of towels, bed linen and even beach towels which meant not having to take ours which is a bonus with small luggage allowances these days. It is very well situated just across the road from a large and very clean beach. The tram stop is just a couple of hundred yards along the promenade and takes you into Alicante or the other way to El Campello where you can change trams and go on to Benidorm if you wish. Just a couple of streets up from the promenade you can catch the bus, so it is very easy to get around without the need of hiring a car if you wish. If you do have a car, there is secure private parking underneath the apartments. There are at least 2 good supermarkets close by which are very well stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda looking out onto the sea which was very relaxing and the pool in front of the apartment was kept spotlessly clean as were the gardens..We will definitely will be coming back here again and thank Pilar for all her help.

Het appartement is comfortabel en goed verzorgd door Pilar, die ook uitleg gaf over de werking van apparaten en de parkeergarage. De bedden zijn goed evenals de wifi. De ligging is rustig met een mooi uitzicht op het strand en de zee. De foto's geven een goed beeld van het appartement

Sehr schöne Wohnung.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett und zahlreich ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Selten haben wir so gut geschlafen. In den Kleiderschränke sind ausreichend Bügel vorhanden. Ebenso sind auch ausreichend Handtücher da. Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, sehr gepflegtes Haus. Die Wohnung können wir sehr gern weiterempfehlen. Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle und der Supermarkt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso die Restaurants. Vielen Dank an Pilar und ihren Mann für die Geduld zu warten. Leider hat sich unser Flug, wegen eines Technik-Fehlers am Flughafen, sehr verspätet.

Comodidad y descanso

Recomendado para familias con mascota, hay un parque de perretes inmenso y precioso muy cerca. Supermercados muy cercanos ( extrañé el comercio local), restaurantes por doquier, transporte público, carril bici cerca, etc. Zona muy tranquila donde relajarse y disfrutar. La vivienda es confortable y amplia, la terraza es la reina del lugar con acceso directo a la piscina y salida a la playa. La cocina tiene de todo y los utensilios actualizados. Los baños son grandes y cómodos. Las camas son de calidad por lo que el descanso está asegurado. Pilar es una fantástica anfitriona, de trato agradable y actitud resolutiva. Amante de las plantas, hace de la terraza un lugar bellísimo con flores distintas que admirar y mimar con un poquito de agua de vez en cuando 😊. Pilar, muchas gracias por facilitarnos la entrada tan accidentada que tuvimos. Esperamos volver a verte pronto!

Sehr schöne Winterdomizil and der Costa Blanca

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Meer. Alles neu eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage mit Blick auf den Strand Pool direkt vor der Terasse, Einkauf, Restaurants, Strassenbahn alles dicht bei und auch trotz wenig Urlauberverkehr geöffnet. Frühstück im Café um die Ecke sehr preiswert und gut.

Amazing, clean and spacious apartment right on the beautiful beach - surrounding area a bit quiet for us as not many cafes or restaurants but only a 5 min bus ride from the centre of playa de juan where there is more going on. Very friendly owners (who only speak spanish) - they went out of their way to help us when we arrived by driving us to the supermarket to get food. Only negative was the neighbour’s dog barking continuously from 7.30am til 11.30pm but this didn’t interfere with our sleep too much as our asleep time roughly coincided with that anyway. Overall great place

Super séjour en compagnie d'amis . L'appartement est bien conçu, sauf pour les chambres à deux lits avec vue sur la réserve d'intérieur ..... La météo a été de la partie puisque nous avons pris pratiquement tous les déjeuners sur la terrasse, pour un mois de janvier c'est quand même très appréciable . La propriétaire Pilar , nous à reçu comme de la famille et a su palier immédiatement à la défaillance du réseau wifi . Les chaines de la télé ne sont qu'en espagnole . Si vous avez un ordinateur charger le site internet "le Direct" et raccorder le avec un câble HDMI au téléviseur, vous avez les nouvelles sur les chaines française ainsi que les "replay" de certaines de vos séries et films .Vous pouvez aussi charger des films en France ou acheter des films en DVD . Si vous souhaitez pêcher du bord , il vous faudra une licence ....pour l'obtenir c'est le parcours du combattant ....Vraiment en Espagne les poissons sont bien protégés . Je recommande très sérieusement Pilar qui est une dame de grande efficacités et avec un cœur d'une grande sensibilité .Merci Pilar pour tout , Jean Marc et ses amis .

Fantastic location lovely apartment with everything you need.

Stayed for 8 days at this lovely clean apartment shops , tram , taxi ,restaurant's and beach all on the door step. We had a really nice relaxing holiday which was just what we wanted will be booking this apartment again as it has everything you needed washing machine came in handy came home with all clean clothes also the kids bedroom is at the other side of the apartment with there own bathroom which was great as children can be loud. For us I give 5 star as this apartment was perfect for us and the owners are lovely and very helpful. The view from the apartment is amazing some really lovely sun sets and also the view of the pool and sea was lovely.
