This property has over 8K square feet of living space, two acres of land, and a 400K sparkling pool. The villa has 9 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 20+ beds, and can comfortably sleep 40+ people.

The jacuzzi/hot spa is heated and will be available FREE of charge. Pool can be heated for a charge! So you can enjoy the amazing pool amenity and outdoors all season long!! Please let us know in advance.

Ideal Location!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Villa with my family. There was 40 of us, including kids and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of perfection, leaving us with cherished memories that will last a lifetime. With 40 guests, we were delighted to find that the space was incredibly spacious, offering ample room for everyone to spread out and unwind. The pool area was our hub of excitement and relaxation. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances like an air fryer, blender, pots and pans, toaster coffee maker etc. There were also blowup beds all throughout the house. The location of the property was also ideal, close to the Premium outlets and a short drive to the strip and airport! If you're planning a getaway with a large group, I cannot recommend this property enough!

Great time

Wonderful property. Close to everything but just far enough away from the strip to relax with family. Pics are accurate. Can sleep 16 comfortably.

Great property for large parties

Celebrated my 40th over the weekend, with 30 people staying at the house. The location was great and the hosts were very accommodating showing us where everything was and was available whenever we needed something. The pool and AC was clutch for the 110 degree weather. A perfect weekend experience. Recommended.

Soccer in vegas

We took 40 17 year old soccer students, the house had everything and the owners were attentive to our needs. Fantastic location, close to airport and shopping mall. Will definitely stay again when next on tour in vegas!

Lovely stay at a lovely place

Family and friends joined together for the first time in over 5 years and we celebrated my husband's 50th anniversary. The accommodations were very nice and the backyard oasis was breathtaking and relaxing. The only suggestions we have are to find a way to make the internet better in the back house where the movie room is. Also, provide more towels for your guest. We had to purchase towels during our stay.
