We rented the house for a company retreat, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house provided everything we needed, and Richman was very responsive every time we had a question. A few of the rooms and outdoor furniture pieces are a bit outdated, but overall, the pics reflect what the property looks like, and the location is very convenient!

Excellent property, and ownership/management

We stayed for combined birthday celebrations that aligned with EDC and the property and management of were amazing. They were very hospitable and attentive. The place fit our large group perfectly with plenty of space to have conversations, music, and all around fun. Almost didn’t need to leave to go to the strip, or elsewhere!

Amazing Vegas haven

We went for my buddys bachelor party with a group of 19 and had ample space for everyone, both indoors and out. The accommodations are comfortable, the outdoor space is incredible and the hosts made every effort to make our experience as easy and comfortable as possible. Would certainly come back for the next one!

90th Birthday Party

Great place to hang out with 3 pools, lots of trees for shade, large BBQ area and AC thru out the buildings. We had a great time with 30 people over for a birthday dinner one night.

Zen Resort Life in Vegas

Amazing place. We used a caterer to make the experince more relaxed! Photos do not do the property justice. Perhaps a drone can use photography to relate the scale of 2 swimming pools, a huge hot tub, water features, quiet spaces, outdoor sports spaces and TV, etc.

A Perfect Stay

Went for a friends outing with a bunch of buddies. The location is large and could accomodate everyone. As the planner of the trip it is always nerve racking getting the VRBO and hoping everyone else likes it. Everyone had nothing to say but positive things after the trip. Was easy to go to and from the strip. Communication was easy. Would stay again!

Property has potential, but is run down. Lodging not up to standards of an expensive place.

Richman, owner, was responsive. But property was in strong need of repair and remodeling.

Hi John, this was unexpected since through out the stay I was there everyday to check on the group and speak with some people to make sure they're doing okay and they all said they loved it! The group that had their flight delayed said they would love to come back I asked for a lot of feedback but they still said they loved it. If you felt this way I understand. Truly Paradise!

Stayed at this property for my birthday with friends and family. Had an incredible time! The backyard with all the pools was amazing. We were able to sit and all hang around the BBQ area and eat. Also there was plenty of shade for the sun. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. The owner and the maintenance guy were very responsive to any questions and needs. Overall very happy with our visit. We'll be coming back in the future!

Large Family Christmas Gathering

It was not easy to find a place in Las Vegas where 24 people could stay together comfortably. Zen paradise did not disappoint. Everyone had a bed to sleep on, plenty of different areas to have meals and tranquil setting for relaxation. Our family loved the pickleball court and large hot tub! So appreciate, Andre, Richmond and Kerry for their quick response to our questions, needs and concerns. This was a perfect place for our family.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time! Richman was a great host and very responsive when we had water heater problems. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub and the pools. We could have used more counter space when trying to prepare meals for our family of 15. An island would be great in the kitchen. We made good use out of the two long dining tables. We'll have great memories of Zen Paradise!

Family Reunion

Property was better than it looked online! Great facility.Owner was there for checkin and info. Two outside fireplaces stocked with wood. We splurged and had the hot tub (realy a small pool) activated. May have been the highlight of the trip! We had 13 adults. All had own bedrooms/bath. Slam dunk recommendation!

Wonderful Stay for Big Family Group

Our family rented the property for our parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary weekend. It was perfect for our large group of several families with kiddos ranging from 1 month to 19 years. Everyone loved the outdoor space, both the huge hot tub and the pool were used everyday.The hosts were kind enough to let us have a larger catered event for family not staying at the house- which there was a building that worked great for an indoor/outdoor dinner.The hosts were also very responsive to our questions and concerns. And we liked the distance to the strip, not too close and not too far.If we return to Vegas we will definitely rent again.

Perfect property for our wedding

The owner was an excellent communicator and quickly addressed any of our needs. The property was spacious, comfortable, and relaxing for our party staying and visiting during our event. 15 family and friends stayed on the property, and our wedding/reception had 50, not including service staff. At no time did anyone feel crowded or uncomfortable. Spacious parking and accessibility options were excellent attributes. Versatility was great also, as we had several options on where to hold our ceremony, reception and catering/bar area. We would recommend this property to anyone considering the same type of event.

Great House for Large Groups

Had a fantastic stay with a large group for a Vegas Birthday party. Property has an especially outstanding pool and outside area for sitting and talking. Check in and out were smooth. Owner was very accommodating. My only small issue is the listing notes the distance the strip as 0.6 miles. But it is actually 4 miles. We were hoping to be able to walk to the strip. Still it was easy to get Ubers and move even our large group to the strip. Overall, still a 5 star experience and we would stay here again. May plan another trip in 2024!!

Amazing property with a beautiful backyard, awesome amenities, and a wonderful host!

Brittany was easy to work with from the very beginning. She was responsive and accommodated our group's last minute booking request. From reservation to checkout, everything went smoothly. The property itself exceeded all expectations, and the first thing that stood out was the backyard with all of its amenities. It had 3 swim areas, a tennis court, and a cozy bbq place, so there was always something to do! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided. Also, the dining room had enough room to seat our entire group, which was important for us! Needless to say, we'll be coming back to this amazing home again. Thank you Brittany!

50th Nursing class reunion at Paradise! We had a blast!!

The Paradise was the perfect venue for our 50th class reunion. Plenty of room for the 25 who stayed in the 2 houses plus 4 staying outside but joined us for meals and activities. The outdoor space is huge and well landscaped with plenty of sitting areas. Huge jacuzzi, 2 swimming pools and grill area. Although the renovation of the houses are still ongoing, it did not interfere with our planned activities. The living room and dining area with 2 long tables provided enough space at meal time and socialization indoor. We felt just right at home! The management was very attentive in supporting and providing our needs. We had so much fun! Thank you Paradise! We highly recommend this place!!

Simply Amazing!!!

Omgeeee!!! I can’t begin to say how amazing this property is!! Richman and the other young lady were so responsive and communication was on point. The pictures do the house no justice, just absolutely perfect!!! It was 19 of us there celebrating my 40th bday and it was more than enough room. It’s always the little things for me too, like the water pressure was good and hot even with all of us using it, they started us off with ample amount of garbage bags and tissue, even though they didn’t have face towels- Richman instantly went to the store and bought 25. I travel a lot and have done many home rentals all over the states and in other countries and this has to be top 5. I visit Vegas a lot and can’t wait to return to Zen paradise. Pleeeease stop searching and looking at other properties, this is your sign to BOOK THIS ONE NOW!!!

Retreat in the middle of Vegas

My bachelorette weekend was amazing. The property is beautiful and was the perfect set up for me and my friends. There were a few issues we needed help with and Richman was on top of it and always quick and easy to communicate with. The coffee machine wasn't working so we bought a new one and he paid us back for it. The guest before probably from rhot to say something. It happens but that was a great example of him helping us so quick. Cleaning could have been better and Richman will address that too. There are some updates needed, like new cousins for the outdoor couches and sun bed loungers. She let us know those are arriving soon. Overall we had an incredible time and made some great memories. Thanks for everything Richman.

It is the best property to stay for a large group.

This property is quiet relaxing and very much comfortable for big groups! There were so many special touches for guests. The amenities were well thought and appreciated. So, thankful for Richman for making our visit extra special. We definitely would love to come back!

Amazing group rental for our wedding weekend

Rented this place for our wedding weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect! Plenty of space and bathrooms for our guests. Shampoo and body wash were included along with two towels per guest. Made use of the outdoor lounge area, pool, and speakers. Everyone had a fabulous time and the host couldn't be nicer. Only 15 min from the Strip.

A fun, relaxing place to stay.

We hosted our wedding party (~15 people and 1-year old) at the property for 3 days. We had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we found ourselves using the common areas a lot, which was our goal. The open kitchen worked well for our group, though I think with any more people than that it might have been a little tight. The property was clean and ready for us when we checked in, and Andre was available throughout our stay for whatever needs we had. The rooms were comfortable and the individual bathrooms per room were a big help.
