Large South West facing apartment, very pleasant to live.
You will have 2 beautiful terraces in the green with hammock, garden furniture and dining area.
A very well equipped kitchen, living room, lounge with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with closet.
A real cozy little nest!near a large beach, very nice.
Intercom.
1 secure parking space, and gd parking nearby.
2 steps away, several huts, to drink a pot or have a meal at sunset, or go to sip a delicious cocktail in the night.
La Grande Motte is an art de vivre, where you can stand-up paddle, walk in the water group, jog on the beach, the market on Sunday morning, shopping, lounging on the beach ... the holidays what ... .. !!!

Magnifique appartement au calme

L appartement est très bien situé et très au calme la nuit grâce aux baies vitrées devant la terrasse et celle devant la cuisine et chambres. Mes filles et nous étions ravies du séjour

L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé, agréable et joliment décoré, d'ailleurs les artistes des toiles y participants, ne manquent pas de talent. La terrasse, même si elle ne donne pas sur la mer, est très plaisante avec comme seul vis à vis la nature. Merci pour l'accueil de la propriétaire fort sympathique et discrète. Nous avons passé un bien plaisant séjour avec la plage si proche.

Appartement excellent mais proche d une boite de nuit!

L appartement est spacieux,très propre ,climatisé,5 mn a pied de la plage avec accès handicap.Par contre nous avons peu dormi une boite de nuit a ciel ouvert fonctionne de 23 h a 6 h du matin ce que nous ignorions( cf par la mairie ce jour)Donc a déconseiller si vous voulez du la nuit,le jour tout est ok.Vu le prix des nuits on est en droit d avoir du silence .

Un appartement très agréable

L'appartement, décoré de façon zen, propose un grand salon aux allures de jardin d'hiver, extrêmement agréable, ouvert sur une grande terrasse avec vue sur les arbres. Grâce à la climatisation, son agencement pratique, et sa propreté irréprochable, on s'y sent très vite bien. Il est situé à deux pas de la plage et d'un petit centre commercial bien pratique. Notre hôtesse Nathalie était charmante...

Très bon accueil par Nathalie et son mari, appartement conforme aux photos. Très bon emplacement!! Au calme, résidence sécurisée. 2 belles terrasses idéales pour des soirées entre amis! Je recommande à 100%!!!

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est spacieux, en particulier le salon, décoré avec goût. Les terrasses sont très agréables. Il est très bien placé par rapport à l'accès à la plage, quelques commerces ne sont pas très loin. La proximité du parking publique ne génère pas de nuisance. Points positifs : - spacieux - climatisation - accès internet - terrasses - accès plage et commerces basiques - parking (indispensable à la GM) - linge et draps fournis (même si ce n'est pas écrit clairement dans l'annonce) - Propriétaire très facilement joignable et disponible) Points négatifs : - quelques finitions électriques en mauvais états (certains fils sont dénudés) - télévision hors service - proximité de la boite de nuit (nuisance sonore) - cours d'eau juste en dessous des terrasses = moustiques nombreux
