About this property

The is a detached suite from the original school house building. It has a private 1st floor bedroom, large hallway / entryway, full kitchen, private bathroom, and large living area to enjoy. We are just off of highway 95 which means excellent access to all recreation opportunities no matter the weather. Schweitzer ski resort is just 26 minutes away. Sandpoint and Ponderay are only 7 minutes south and 24 minutes north puts you in Bonner's Ferry. If you have kids and would like some space to play outside this is the place.

Great find for a bigger family (6 of us total)! Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of sleeping options! Kitchen was well furnished for just about anything you need. Ample parking and quiet area. Will for sure be back when we are in the area again!

Nice Unique Place

4 of us stayed here for the weekend for a disc golf tournament. It is only 5 minutes away from the course which is far from most places so it was great. Temperatures were in the 90s and they had the ac crankes on for us when we got there which was really nice. Everything else went well thank you.

Family stay

The property was out of town, which was nice, but a quick drive to Silverwood which was our destination. Tons of space for our family and my brothers :)!

Sandpoint

Unfortunately work restraints kept us from staying, but we have stayed in the past. Raven was great with communication, and we hope tonstay in the future
