Floor to ceiling glass sliders in each room so you can enjoy the views from any area of the condo. Modern kitchen along with up to date bathrooms and beach themed decor throughout. Tiled floor throughout kitchen and living area. New window shades installed in both bedrooms to complement the bright, beachy atmosphere.

The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, large dresser and closet for all your island attire and amenities. All new bedroom furniture and dresses. Open the doors from the bedroom to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night on the beautifully furnished balcony. The attached master bathroom has a tiled shower and generous sized vanity.

The second bedroom is equally as impeccable also with a king sized bed and dresser. Exact same views and ability to step out on the balcony in just a few steps. 2nd bathroom is off the hallway with a tiled shower/tub combo and beautiful vanity.

Living area with direct ocean views from the couch which also pulls out to sleep an additional 2 guests. Open floor plan from the living area to the dining area. New window shades also installed in this room. Kitchen with off white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertop, and stunning backsplash.

Other amenities: Laundry room right outside condo. Large rec room adjacent to outdoor pool that is available to reserve for private parties. Tennis courts, pool, grills, storage for beach items, and covered carport gives you everything you need right at your fingertips!

Don't let this beauty get away! Minimum rental is 30 days - Admiralty House has updated their policy to enforce this minimum. Rentals less than 30 days, although not per policy, potentially can be approved under certain criteria, and must be approved by both us and the Admiralty House. Memphis Snow Birds

Our one month stay at the Admiralty House was amazing. From warm morning beach walks to sunsets on the oceanfront balcony. As a very frequent beach traveler, I can say the beachfront condo was in excellent condition. We look forward to many more trips in the upcoming years. Thanks to Lisa and Nick for everything!! David

Sunsets as Advertised!

The location of this condo gave us a spectacular view of the stunning sunsets. Mother Nature at her best. The property is very well maintained and Lisa was quick to respond to my enquiries. The unit was well stocked with kitchen tools, cleaning supplies and beach equipment. The kitchen is smaller than it looks in the photos, so only 1 chef can be in it at a time. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Immaculate Condo in a Great Location

Lisa’s condo was clean and beautiful. It is in an awesome location overlooking the beach and has gorgeous sunset views. This was our 9th year visiting the island and it was our best rental experience by far. Lisa was also a great communicator before and during our stay. We can’t say enough good things about our trip.

We have been blessed to own this condo in Marco Island and are excited to share this beautiful place with others. We are committed to cherished memories with our family and have been able to do so here. Whether it is collecting seashells, body boarding in the ocean, swimming in the pool, or just relaxing as we enjoy the breathtaking view from our balcony, these are the moments that can only be created here. A little about me, I have been in healthcare for 17 years as a nurse - started in the Medical ICU, was the educator for 5 years along with being in Performance improvement, and currently am the Manager of our Quality/Safety department for a level 1 hospital that is blessed to part of a 15 hospital Ministry. My husband's background is in sales and construction. Currently, he stays busy with real estate and rentals. Our work aligns with our personalities which is to provide excellence in care and service. We are easy-going, approachable, and happy to help your family make this condo one that can become your yearly vacation spot! We look forward to connecting with you! :)
