Superb 3 bedroom duplex apartment overlooking the sea for 7 people. Large living room + kitchen opening onto a large terrace of 30 sqm to 20 m from the sea.
Upstairs, accessible by a lovely and rare Japanese staircase made not by a shipwright, the master suite with unique views of the harbor and the sea, a lovely ensuite bathroom with a nice shower and toilet.
From the entrance, 2 air conditioned bedrooms with double bed + bathroom and toilet.
washing machine dryer. Fitted kitchen.
Very quiet, at the edge of the water with a unique view of the port, among the palm trees, 200 meters from the village center and shops.

hey the apartment is in a great location and would have worked perfectly had we had wifi (which we didn't) for the whole stay and due to the fact we where there working it did make things very difficult ... Celine was very nice and tried to hey but didn't manage to achieve wifi during our 9 night stay. it made it hard.

Bel appartement, agréable à vivre et joliment décoré dans la magnifique résidence des Palmiers. Son atout majeur est sa grande terrasse en front de mer avec une très belle vue sur le port. Très bien situé, l’appartement est au calme et à deux pas du centre du village et des commerces. Nous avons apprécié le charme de l’appartement et le fait qu’il soit très bien équipé. Par contre l’annonce mériterait d’être mise à jour dans son descriptif et photos des chambres: il y a en réalité 2 chambres avec lits superposés et une seule chambre avec un vrai lit double, les chambres du bas manquent de rangement. L’une très exiguë et tout petit placard peu pratique , l’autre ne propose que des commodes à tiroirs et sans penderie.Il y a 2 sdb et non 3 comme listé, et le wc d’en bas ne fonctionne pas très bien.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt! Der Ort und die Insel und auch die Wohnung sind wunderbar. Die Terrasse super! Einzig die Duschköpfe konnten nicht angehängt werden und das gehobene Preisniveau sind Minuspunkte - sonst alles tipptopp, auch eine angenehme Übergabe.

Une terrasse de rêve à Porquerolles

Probablement un des plus beaux appartements que l'ont puisse louer à Porquerolles. La vue sur le port est magnifique, il est à proximité du village et des plages de rêve et il y a de nombreuses balades à faire dans la nature. Mais il ne faut pas trop le dire car il y a de plus en plus de visiteurs, de vélos et de voitures. Le paradis jusqu'à quand?

communication avec le propriétaire facile, rapide et efficace, ce qui est toujours un point rassurant.L´appartement est idéalement situé et très agréable à vivre. Très léger bémol pour les placards de rangement de la cuisine qui étaient occupés , mais en déplacant 2/3 choses , tout est rentré dans l´ordre.Un grand merci à la très sympatique mme Aubin qui nous à remis les clefs. Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cet endroit qui est définitvement à recommandé.

bel appartement mais mal entretenu, il faut faire le ménage à l'arrivée, les placards remplis de poussières et autres détritus, la literie à remplacer, coussins et canapés nids à poussières, c'est vraiment dommage mais pas irréversible !

Séjour très agréable à quelques précisions près...

Localisation exceptionnelle, avec une terrasse fantastique. Bel appartement , beaux volumes, bien équipé, nombreux couchages. Néanmoins quelques défauts : - L’appartement aurait besoin d’un entretien plus poussé et d’un rafraîchissement (joints de baignoires, coussins, etc) - L’électroménager, complet, marque son âge (micro onde) - Les placards ne sont pas tous disponibles pour les affaires des locataires - Les draps étaient tous juste secs (linge de toilette fourni de bonne qualité cependant) Mais dans cette belle résidence, au calme absolu de septembre dîner le soir en terrasse face à la mer reste inoubliable : nous le recommanderions donc volontiers pour un autre séjour..

Appartement spacieux et confortable, Très belle terrasse. Cheminée très appréciable en fin de journée en hiver après les randonnées à vélo ou à pied. Bien équipée.Résidence très bien entretenue avec emplacements à vélos, partout à proximité du logement. À proximité du centre du village mais à distance des circulations des visiteurs de l’île. Bon accueil à l’arrivée.

Beau duplex au calme avec vue splendide sur le port

Grand appartement calme avec grande terrasse donnant sur le port. La vue de la terrasse est vraiment magnifique et c'est un plaisir d'y prendre ses repas. Tout le confort est là. Antoine a été très souple sur l'arrivée et le départ. A recommander !

Appartement agréable, et très bien situé. La propreté laissait un peu à désirer pour un appartement de ce niveau. L'accueil n'a pas été bien organisé : manque d'information et de suivi client. La propriété est donc parfaitement adaptée aux besoins des clients et permet de passer d'excellentes vacances , mais on attend quand même un peu plus de préparation.

Superbe appartement sur une île magnifique

Un appartement magnifique très grand avec une grande terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer. Des rangements dans chaque chambre, beaucoup de vaisselle, une suite complètement indépendante à l'étage. L'île est magnifique à découvrir à pied ou en vélo, des plages et des criques sublimes, nous n'avons pas vu la semaine passer ! Antoine etait disponible pour répondre à mes questions, à l'arrivée Claudine qui nous a remis les clefs était très sympathique. Il nous a juste manqué un séchoir sur la terrasse de façon à etendre maillots de bain et serviettes de douche.

Très bel appartement au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Antoine. La terrasse est spacieuse et très ensoleillée, l'appartement est agréable à vivre, situé dans une résidence très calme, emplacement les pieds dans l'eau tout en étant dans le coeur du village de Porquerolles. La personne chargée de l'accueil est très sympathique. Ideal pour les familles avec enfants (7 personnes max) !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos 3 enfants dans cet appartement idéalement situé au sein d'un jardin magnifiquement arboré à proximité immédiate des commerces du bourg et d'un chemin qui mène en quelques minutes à pied, directement à la plage d'argent. La location dispose d'une immense terrasse au calme avec vue sur le port à partir de laquelle on peut admirer chaque soir de merveilleux couchers de soleil. Le séjour très vaste dispose d'une hauteur de plafond très agréable et de nombreuses baies vitrées qui apporte une lumière permanente dans l'ensemble des pièces de l'appartement. Les chambres sont confortables et la location dispose de tout le confort d'une habitation principale. Nous avons déjà pris une option pour l'année prochaine et recommandons le lieu à tous avec une mention particulière pour les amoureux de la nature et les passionnés de sport.

Au calme total, à deux pas du port, Appartement très bien (même s'il a besoin d'un "petit coup de rafraichissement") avec beaucoup de volumes. Terrasse magnifique donnant sur le port pour admirer de somptueux couchers de soleil... Le rêve! Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine sous le soleil, complètement déconnectés du monde sur cette superbe ile. A refaire.

Merci pour ce séjour parfait, on reviendra !

L'appartement est magnifique, lumineux, propre et pratique. Au calme et à deux pas de la mer, du débarcadère, des commerces. Ca a permis à tout le monde de se reposer : plage VTT pour les uns / cooconing à la maison pour les autres / concours de cuisine le soir par les ados, avant une glace sur la place ou un bon film à la maison .... que du bonheur ! Anecdote: j'ai envoyé une photo prise depuis la terrasse à des amis, qui me croyaient à l'autre bout du monde sous les cocotiers ! Il faut dire que cette île est magique, recèle des coins à découvrir tous les jours, et le dépaysement est réel. Bref, on a passé un très beau séjour à Porquerolles à l'automne, et on reviendra c'est certain !.
