Superb 3 bedroom duplex apartment overlooking the sea for 7 people. Large living room + kitchen opening onto a large terrace of 30 sqm to 20 m from the sea.
Upstairs, accessible by a lovely and rare Japanese staircase made not by a shipwright, the master suite with unique views of the harbor and the sea, a lovely ensuite bathroom with a nice shower and toilet.

parfait...

communication avec le propriétaire facile, rapide et efficace, ce qui est toujours un point rassurant.L´appartement est idéalement situé et très agréable à vivre. Très léger bémol pour les placards de rangement de la cuisine qui étaient occupés , mais en déplacant 2/3 choses , tout est rentré dans l´ordre.Un grand merci à la très sympatique mme Aubin qui nous à remis les clefs. Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cet endroit qui est définitvement à recommandé.

Vacances agréable comme d habitude .

Appartement très agréable très lumineux avec une belle terrasse , vue sur le port de Porquerolles. Résidence bien entretenue, à refaire.

rapport qualité prix moyen

bel appartement mais mal entretenu, il faut faire le ménage à l'arrivée, les placards remplis de poussières et autres détritus, la literie à remplacer, coussins et canapés nids à poussières, c'est vraiment dommage mais pas irréversible !
