- POOL HEATING: $29 per day (minimum of 3 consecutive days). For 7 consecutive days or more $21 per day ( These amounts already include all taxes. Request warm-up at least 24 hours in advance.

- GRILL: To use the grill we charge $81, this price already includes all taxes and mandatory cleaning fee. We provide a propane tank for refueling if necessary.

-CLEANING: The unit will be thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company before your check-in. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

- We offer a starter kit for the arrival of guests which includes: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 8 garbage bags, 1 hand soap per bathroom, 1 detergent, 1 sponge, 3 dishwasher detergent and 1 disinfectant. Any other necessary items must be provided by the guest. We suggest stopping by Walmart (1.5 miles)

- We have a specialized team ready to respond to emergency maintenance and repairs in our home.

- Repair and maintenance problems must be reported to the property manager within 24 hours of occupancy or occurrence.

- Breakdowns or service request will be responded toas soon as possible.

- Smoking, pets and parties are strictly prohibited and any failure to follow this will result in a minimum fine of $500.
