Character house: Former Vendée farmhouse, recently renovated, located on the banks of the Sèvre Niortaise, in the heart of the Marais Poitevin. Access by a country lane. Open view. Suitable for fishing. Calm.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace. T. V. Audiovisual Equipment
                 fitted kitchen: combined oven / microwave, gas, refrigerator /
                 freezer, dishwasher.
bathroom: shower, bath, w. c., towel warmer
                2 nd w. vs. separated from the bathroom
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: 3 140cm beds. Small baby room and travel cot.
