Located 3 blocks from downtown, our house is beautiful inside with a big front porch and a small enclosed back yard. White picket fence around front. Within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

There is a driveway to left of house. 2 bedrooms have there own bathroom and one bedroom has 2 beds in it. Washer and dryer available. Propane Grill available.

Fun place in a great location - I would stay again

Really enjoyed staying here. It has everything you need and is in a great location to walk to downtown Denton. Plus the smell of BBQ outside is outstanding due to there being a BBQ eatery on the block.

Great porch to visit with friends

Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and easy drive to Dallas area attractions. Park close by to walk dogs. House was roomy and everything you’d need to have a pleasant stay. We’ll be back!

Wonderful location and comfortable stay!

This property is a great place to stay in Denton. Close to many restaurants and a short walk to town center. Beds are comfortable! Amenities are plentiful. Well definitely be back and will be sure to recommend it to all of our friends.

We had a fabulous time staying here for a family trip! 4 bedrooms have ample space for multiple family members — nice crib for our 2 year old! Plenty of toys and very kid safe space. We loved it!

It's all about location when you're there to hang at the square. This property for all of us comfortably and we had a great time.

Great location to restaurants and downtown. All walking distance. Park was walking distance for our granddaughters as well. Owner was very helpful and eager to get whatever we needed.

Baby Shower in Denton

We all came into town for a baby shower. The house was perfect for visiting and prepping flowers and food. Very close to the Sun and Moon venue that was used for the event. So nice to each have a room to come back to. Had a great time walking to town for food and shopping.

Great property! Close to downtown

Spacious house with fenced in backyard, perfect for the pups. I appreciate older homes and all the character within. This house did not disappoint. Quiet neighborhood, close to Quakertown park, and we ended up walking most places (we love walking)!

Fantastic Home Close To Downtown

We rented this house to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and it was perfect! We had 8 (including 2 children) and we had space to spare! The house was clean and well maintained and John was a dream to work with! Just a few blocks from the square and a few restaurants just around the corner. Will definitely be staying here again!

We were in town for my daughters wedding with 8 adults and we were worried it wasn’t big enough but it fit all of us fine. We had a great time and the location is very close to the square and all the restaurants and bars are within walking distance. John was a very friendly and gracious host and we would definitely stay there again.

Delightful Weekend Retreat

We loved our stay and this house was a great first VRBO experience for our brother and sister-in-law who joined us for our stay in town to celebrate our aunt's 100th birthday. Not only was as the house nicely decorated and spacious, but the beds were comfortable, the extras like snacks, pet bowls, a reverse osmosis water filter, and high end sheets and towels were greatly appreciated. We loved the location, close enough to everything near the square but not so close that you have to hear all the live bands all night. The house was also well insulated between the rooms, so we didnt have to hear my brother-in-law snore. We will definitely be back if we have another trip up with family.

Exceeded expectations.

House is larger than photos show. Everything was clean. Extra towels and linen were provided. Snacks were left in the kitchen. Smart TVs left many viewing options. We had seven in the house. Kitchen had appropriate utensils and plates and silver. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. We will not be coming back to Texas (this was for a wedding), but if we did, we'd stay here again.

Parents and Grandparents of Groom

What an excellent location to be staying during the wedding weekend of our youngest son! We hosted a beautiful rehearsal dinner at The Greenhouse (a very short walk away). This house was well supplied with everything we needed and the Denton square was enjoyable to visit as well as a beautiful city pool close by. The house was clean and provided wonderful spaces (screened in back porch, nice dining and living area as well as beautiful front porch) to visit with family and friends who dropped by for coffee the day after the wedding. The host was very available and welcomed us with messages about possible early Checkin and a few other things! He was available for questions in a timely manner. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Everything about this house was great. The pictures actually don’t do it justice. 3 separate bedrooms and one in the middle give us plenty of room so no one felt cramped. Kitchen was great and even had all the little stuff a lot of places leave out including basic condiments and even some water and soda in the fridge! Back yard is a wonderful gathering place under lots of trees. Roads going thru town to get there are pretty rough and depending on your gps you wonder what the neighborhood will look like when you get there but you will be very pleased. The driveway just to the west is where you park, it’s a little narrow for a Dodge Dually but everything else should fit 😁 I just can’t say enough good things about this house. And we stay at a lot of places over the year.

really lovely character filled house very clean, easy to live in and comfortable as we are British we could have had use of a kettle but a pan of water was just fine, and when this is the only thing you missed it showed the quality of the house, fab few days away and just what we needed for our family wedding

Lovely home walking distance to food and fun!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! The front porch in the mornings and evenings reminded me of time spent on my grandparents similar porch. My family loved walking to the square and food trucks and drafthouse. Great location!
