Those are big TVs for a beach condo. The public areas of this property are heavily used beach areas for a property that shows some age. The on-site maintenance guy tries hard but it's a running battle. There is no on-site manager other than he to address any concerns. Each condo is independently owned each with it's own locks making the place seem a hodge podge of units.
This unit has LOTS of tile. The floor; all tile. The bath; ditto including the walls. That is actually a good thing. The fixtures in the bath are pretty new too. This unit is listed only for two people and you should heed that limit. ~500 sq ft of space is not a lot. In order to make that size most things are a little smaller than you, or the pictures, think. The hall is narrow; not a bad thing but the wall is scratched and marred from the luggage carts as a result. The hallway ceiling is beginning to fall as it sits directly below the central air system. That's more cosmetic than anything. The bedroom is, well, a bedroom. It is a comfortable KING size bed when most units are not. Small pillows; bring one of your own. Thin cover; bring one of your own.
Someone has tried to put a little interior decorating throughout this unit and it works to some degree. It's not your typical beat up beach condo. The bath is good, fairly new fixtures and functional. The kitchen is small. the appliances are 3/4 size to fit the small space. We were told that the dishwasher does not work and we take them at their word on that; we did not try it out. Handwashing dishes then becomes a challenge because of the limited space. There aren't a lot of dishes but you don't want any more (see; dishwasher). Those appliances work differently than full size appliances; learn before you use. The counter stools (there is no table) are really bar stools at a counter. They should be replaced with counter stools; there is a difference in height. The living room furniture is comfortable (even more so for a beach condo; kudos). The (again, big) TV works fine (the internet part - Netflix, etc. - does not though because the internet service ranges from poor to ok and not strong enough to consistently support a streaming service - think night). The fireplace (!) "flame" feature does not work if that is important to you. Furniture on the balcony is beginning to rust and, while it is ok for now, it is nothing special. The view is not beachFRONT but it is better than beachANGLE at most places. It's a good view.
