Just outside the resort is the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, dozens of shops, oceanfront restaurants & bars, arcades and thrill rides, and even the SkyWheel!



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy all property amenities and will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival.



**Important to know**

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 18th floor.

*All indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed.

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in.

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Washer/Dryer located in room.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*One parking pass provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Carolinian Beach Resort parking garage was designed for small to moderate sized vehicles and contains some compact turns. Oversized vehicle parking is extremely limited and is available on a first-come first-served basis only.



Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Getting Around:

Restaurants and more in walking distance and close to downtown. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
